But now I don't know what is this worker and the program is asking for a wallet? ??? Can I insert any address?

It's absolutely important to use an adress that you own by yourself, otherwise someone else will get free coins. They usually give you an ID number, username, or something to delineate the worker. Then when you start the miner and connect to a pool, you can user that ID for the worker to sign in to the pool

Cloud mining might be a better option, although the 1 year contracts will not reach ROI (return of investment). Genesis mining might be the best out there, they are offering lifetime BTC mining contracts (sadly they are out of stock).
