The dollar could weaken. Major retailers could state they will never accept the currency as legitimate. A major failure or attack could occur.
I actually expect the current bubble to burst and the value to drop. Some of the current value is based on the mining equipment development and sale. The only thing consistent about currency is that it will be inconsistent creating fluctuations, not all of which are predictable.
