Title: how and where to ..

i opened account on deepbit and , after i setup my 5830, started minig at avg 300 mh/s.

i see btc amount slowly rising on my deepbit acc, so my question is how and where can i convert that amount to alertpay or LR $.

For best profit margin you might want to take a look at http://bitcoincharts.com/markets/bitmarketEUR.html

Your best bet is to mine Ixcoins right now.  In the time it takes you to mine 1 BTC, you can mine enough Ixcoins and convert them on http://ixchange.bitparking.com to make around 2.4 BTC.

yes , thanks for the answers , but i was wondering is there some "bitcoin converting on tradehil for dummies"  thread or something.

it takes me like 7 days to mine 1 btc, dont want to loose it in the end.

Mtgox and Tradehill both have a FAQ section of some sort or other, if memory serves

You could use CampBX if you have a Dwolla account.
