Title: Coins-e not acknowledging deposits Post by: atc1 on December 13, 2013, 10:55:13 AM I've made a deposit of a couple of alt-coins from smalltimeminer.com to coins-e. It's been 6 hours already and while the balance has been deducted,Coins-e doesn't even show an unconfirmed deposit. I've mailed the support team,but no dice. What gives? >:( :(

Usually if you enter in the transaction id on their deposit support page, it will instantly credit your account provided the transaction has enough confirmations. However this tactic isn't working for me in these two cases. I have about 1 BTC worth of deposits not reflecting now, and my ticket has been on their support page for almost 4 days now with no response. I hope they get to it soon.
