Benefit of vegetarian?
As we all know, having a healthy BMI will increase your chances of staying healthy and staying longer, reducing the risk of developing various serious illnesses including heart disease, stroke, bone problems. Joints like osteoporosis, and countless cancers. And according to various studies, vegetarian BMIs always have lower mean scores than those who choose diets.

The body odor is affected by what sweat glands secretes, especially in our underarms. These glands are designed to help us remove toxins from the body. The toxins we emit through the sweat glands produce body odors, so the food we eat directly affects the smell of our bodies. For example, Red meat is thought to be the leading cause of body odor. Other "crime foods" include processed foods that are low in fiber and are processed from processed ingredients, White flour, hydrogenated oil, and more sugar. These are foods that are not normally found in the vegetarian diet.

The only problem with the vegetarian diet is the fact that most vegetarians don't recognize or have access to the right plants to keep themselves healthy.

Meat adds some of these dietary needs. But meat has a flaw. In the process of killing the animal, the animal introduces panic into its own cells in the form of certain kinds of chemical compounds. These compounds are transmitted into the person who eats the meat in a form that the meat eater automatically (if sub consciously) recognizes as panic. This is part of the impurity of eating meat.

All people would benefit from being vegetarians, if they could get the quantities and quality of "veggies" necessary to maintain proper life. This is difficult to do, especially in the big cities where the only food comes from the grocer.

You are so very correct. 'Newbie' vegetarians think they can get their essential nutrients through drinking detox smoothies combined with salad and soya burgers.   :o

Ideally vegetarians need to eat pulses, lentils, legumes, and assorted grains, rotated throughout the week.  Additionally, milk and dairy products, (lacto-vegetarian).

For safety's sake, add eggs, (ovo-lacto-vegetarian)!

To combat the Vit B12 deficiency when you go full veg, you'll need supplementation. That, and any other vitamin, micro-nutrient you might be deficient in thanks to your no-meat diet. A proper veg diet might not be so calamitous, but fussy eating habits in growing children pose additional risks.

I think it has good benefits for our health because vegetables are naturally occuring and do not have so much chemicals compared to meat products. I saw animals having good and healthy body more often because they do not consume meat products or synthetic products directly.

There's a pron's and con's of being a vegetarian, it can cause also to you of lack of protein when you often having eaten a meat. So you have to balance your foods as well.

I think there are many benefits one of them being for you another the environment. I was vegetarian  for seven years and you have to really get into the lifestyle which was  difficult for me. so I wouldn’t recommend it for people who are always on the go

I think being vegetarian more than the health benefits also has benefits for the planet and other living things.

If you think about it, animals are very inefficient meat producers (e.g. most of the food energy goes to the brain), so it would just make sense to create the meat (e.g. muscles) in the lab more efficiently. When most people are vegetarian, companies will pursue this goal quicker and will throw in more capital for R&D. Therefore, vegetarianism is the way to go guys.

Animals will be killed anyway for food and clothes, whether I'm eating / wearing them or not. Benefit for a vegetarian depends on his / her organism (blood type, etc.).
I have some vegetarian friends that don't allow their little kid to eat meat, and I consider it very wrong since child's organism is still developing... That kid should be the only one to decide if she's going to be a vegetarian or not.

There were environment news just last week saying that giving up meat and dairy is one of the best ways to help the environment. I'm just curious though if going vegetarian is an affordable kind of lifestyle? What about families who live in farms and ranches where meat and dairy are the most accessible goods? It would definitely be a costly and difficult lifestyle change for them.

It is doesn't matter if you are vegetarian or not. What does matter is how do u eat and combine different products, how often do u eat junk food or sweets. Also if you do sport or not.

Your mood depends on yourself. Blood pressure depends on many factors, so it`s weird to take into account only meat consumption.

You can get nearly all vitamins from non-meat sources. Only difficult thing is B-12 which is easily obtained through supplements.

Being a vegetarian is a great choice. I don't see myself ever making such a decision. It is rather too stressful. But talking about being a vegetarian strictly for health reasons isn't really cutting it for me. I don't buy that stuff. I believe the main things that affect our health are those overly processed foods. And we all know these meat products undergo so many unhealthy preservation methods. But that is not to say meat on its own is unsafe or unhealthy. When prepared and processed properly, little or no harm is done. Every food product contains its own specific nutritional value.

yes there is no use, still need a little but eat meat. This dullness is only vegetables and fruits. It is not good

Joints like osteoporosis, and countless cancers. And according to various studies, vegetarian BMIs always have lower mean scores than those who choose diets.

i was a vegetarian for about 11 months, at that time I felt extraordinary, i was greater calm and quiet, now and again even thru an excessive amount of. I sense higher when I consume meat.

I think if you are a Vegeterian you should not forget about thing you can find in a regular meat. You need to replace them also with using beans for example.
I think being Vegeterian will help you to become more healthy maybe. But you need to include trainings anyways.
