As the title said, Who makes more in the end? I been on trading for quite times,been scalping and learned a few lesson in technical analysis.
A trader or a holder , who earned a lot and takes more .

It is tough to come to a conclusion on this. Actually it depends on the situation. The success of a trader is tough to take and you need to bear much risk. On the other hand for a holder it is safer but takes a pretty long tome to earn.

I think that a good trader can make much more than just a simple holder. There are no bad days for good traders, they can make profit even in a bear market, but for a holder to make profits he needs to select the best coins to hold and wait for bull runs to start.

scalping and learning some lessons in technical analysis. take a while, 1 year or even more you have to spend to learn the analysis ,, I have more than 2 years studying the trade analysis ,, but I still do not understand many things

holder all day long simply because it's much easier to be good at sitting and doing nothing. even good traders can easily lose everything with a handful of moves after years of doing well and there really aren't many good traders. everyone's good until they're not any more.

you have to choose the right coin of course and get in at the right time to hold successfully.

I believe that in the end the most patient patient wins. Ie if now you invest in any currency from the top 10 then in the future several years you are likely to get rich. Daily trading only increases the risk of losses.

Both require mettle in their own merit. With current volatility that we see, it is not easy to call the 'end', i feel a hybrid of the two is the perfect combination. Take profits on bull runs and buy back when there is blood in the markets

A trader because a trader knows well when to buy and sell their cryptos he/she can earn everyday by doing this while hodler is a long time waiting and still there is a chance to earn nothing if what he holds is a shit one.

A good and active trader definitely makes more but he should be expert at it and also be ready to take trading stress everyday and last but not the least spend most of his day online sticking to screwn and charts to find an entry.

I think a good and active trader tends to make more at the end than a simple holder, because he/she  analyzes the market, knows when to buy and sell, able to make profit and loss but at a long run his/her cumulative profit will be far better than a holder who needs to select the best coin and wait for bull run to start before making profit and the chances may not even come easily.

People think holding is actually a way of making it big from a coin.Some may be right, but it doesnt happen all the time, You can hold a coin for a whole year and end up regeretting for holding it that long. For those who trade too, they have the opportunity to earn big, but it comes with experience. Knowing when to sell and when to buy.

Will you share what you have learned with trading? In my experience, I have earned more by holding for months to years but I'm also adding some profits with trading. I can't say that I'm a good trader, I'm just a normal and typical trader that follows the strategy of selling high and buying low.
I don't have big fund that can also be an opportunity to earn more with trading so I'm leaning on with holding but I also love to trade.
We'll hear experience from the best traders that they'll say it gives them more while some legendary holders will also say the same thing.

I guess I will never be a trader. Hard to sell a coin right on time. I can not always do the right thing, unfortunately. For this reason I am forced to not trade. Hold is for me. I have coins in my wallet that I have not bought for the last year. Obviously I feel more comfortable in this way. Trading can sometimes be very risky. Do not forget any of this. Think twice before you do anything else, otherwise your life may be burning.

It is very difficult to draw a definite conclusion in this matter. A good trader, this is of course a very conventional concept, but if you accept that most of the transactions took place in+, the holder will lag in profits. But this is with the ideal scenario for the trader, and as we all know, nothing is perfect in this world. Not so long ago there was a topic about how holder lost something about 800K due to the fact that he miscalculated with the maximum price of coins included in his cryptocurrency portfolio.

For me it is a trader because the traders can choose the good  ICO's anytime and for that they can earn profit easily so in the end of the day they make more income compare to holder he can wait only for the increasing of value of each altcoin.

Trading is like using your technical skills and knowledge in market trading because trading is not just buy low, sell high like other's are saying but it's more complicated because you will use a lot of strategies before executing your trades so you won't to regret your actions later. Trading is much like earning you big in daily basis while holding is like putting money in a lottery which you'll be just depending on luck. All in all holding gives you a lot of profits but you're not in control while trading gives you the control of your funds and earning depending on your skill and knowledge.

A holder and i can prove it with so many ethereum ico participants address that still holding a lot of ethereum in the wallet. In trading, sometimes the chart is unpredictable and you will be getting a lost and you must recover it soon. But holding will depend on the development progress if the project is really smooth on its development and a big price.

Its really hard to conclude because on long term holds there are instances that you might able to gain 1000x of your investment depending on the coin you are engage in but on general terms and in my own belief and observation i would go for a good trader which you can able to utilize your profits depending on your goals. If you do aim for high profit you can always adjust anytime. Quite risky compared on simply holding but would really be ideal.

The holders definitely win more at the end but waiting for jobs and this is a very difficult job

In short tern, Trader can have more profit than Holder. But in the end, the trader's money (90%) is returned to the market for a variety of reasons. In the long term, the majority of Holders make more profit.

I think a good trader makes more income at the end. Because he/she knows when to sell and when to buy. And when your holding for a long time. You don't know what will be the value of the crypto when you hold it for a long time.

I think it's hard to conclude the best of both, because it all depends on the analytical ability of each individual. It's true, traders can get more because every time trying to collect it, but the risk of losing it all is also very high. Holders just sit back and wait depending on market conditions and require longer to get results. So, to do both and get the maximum result required the selection of the right coin.

A skilled trader can outperform a buy and hold strategy but the operative word is skilled. Almost everyone trading would probably do better if they simply hodled. There is a lot of existing research on this from the performance of traders trading traditional investment markets. Blackbox programs come first, professional traders come second, buy and hold comes third and amatuers trading their own account come last.

If two years then we will not understand good way of trading then its mostly wasting time to learn.
But not all people have the same target and the same mind to remember the lesson. And also i think you dont focus on trading learning so your mind is deviding and not many of trading lesson you can remember

If your are very good in doing something you definitely win and get more, so if you know that your good at trading this is the best thing to earn more in short period of time. Trading is very tricky activity  so need more experience to handle it better, like knowing different strategies in terms of market. But if you don’t have the trader skills better to play safe just be a holder, and be patient to wait.

I think the traders will get more profit if you are good in trading, when the bull market occur you can easily make 5- 10% a day, and you can multiply your capital in a short time, in trading we are depend on ourselves to make profit, so the more you learn the better knowledge you have to make profit, and the you can even look for opportunities to make profit when the market is bad so in trading the earning is limitless

Everyone will be a winner as long as you make profit you can consider yourself as a winner. Trading is not easy so those who make good money on that are the wise trader. Holders may need a little more time to make higher profit but at least you sure about it especially when you are holding great coins.

As you start to get more experienced in trading, you should be not only diversifying your assets, but also the way you trade.
I started out being a straight up holder, then put all my time and money into icos, then to day trading.

Now, I realize that the maximum profit I get is when I do a combination of all of these.

So I took a hard look at my portfolio, calculated the percent profit I got with each type of trading and adjusted my time accordingly.

what I came up with was 40% of my portfolio is for holding, 40% is used to invest and reinvest into icos, and the last 20% I use for day trading.

When the timing and opportunity is right, I adjust.
For example, the last couple months I found myself holding more as the market slumped.
During bull runs, I invest a lot more into day trading where 500 to 1k usd can be made a day.

But even after I adjust, I always go back to my formula that I developed for myself and I feel it works well for me.

obviously a good trader will make more than a holder in the end.Lets get a scenario of having a 1btc(current price being say $1000) for both of them and give them a year for the trader to trade and the holdler to hold.Over the cause of the 1 year,the trader ccamn amke alot of profit from using the 1 btc to trade and by the time bitcoin gets to say 5000 by the end of the year he would have made over 10k in profits trading with the 1k bitcoin but the holder would only have 5k by that the end of the year.

There's a huge difference between a 'good trader' and a trader- an average trader will lose more money than they would have gained through holding.

However a good trader can certainly make a lot more than the average holder.

if the trader is really good, than the trader makes more money. the prices fluctuate very much and therefore you can clearly profit more. But if you are not good at trading (like me) you should just keep your coins / tokens so as not to lose money through trading.

Depending on what you are trading or what you are holding. If you see a potential profit and risk of loss, then hold it is best to do. This strategy can give unexpected results with a small risk of loss.

Traders are always buying and selling in continuously so they only make more but most of the peoples are afraid in trading investment so it is little risky process that point of view holders are earning more. I am personally suggest holding because it is reduce the risk and completely safe our investment. But most of the traders big shot so they are all take risk.

I think both of them makes similar amount of profit.Both of them do their usual work with very precisely and they know there steps when to do what type of work. So i think both of them are intellectual enough to earn more profit.

This is a very technical question to answer, it depends on individual personal experience. If i were to answer this with my own personal experience, i would tell you holders earn more, i have earned more by holding coins and token than trading. This kind of question will be well answered creating a poll for it. Just a suggestion.

It's not easy to decide in this kind of situation, it depends on the coin hold by the holder, holding shit coins will surely result to shit reward.

if you're a good trader then you'll earn more than hodler but if you're not then better be hodler to safe keep your token and just wait for the token to fly off coz trading will definitely drain all your investment for wrong entry/exit!

In the end, I believe holders will make more.. I think we can just see the chart from 2017 until now, imagine if you are holders from back then! As for traders, be it day trading, week-months, etc, for every 1 successful trader, there must be at least 20 who unsuccessful. Trading in short-term could be profitable if you can timing it perfect enough which is almost impossible in this case (still possible though). However, regardless traders or holders, both are great if you can profit in this market.

In any market, the most money is always made by holding on to the bull for the most duration of the trend. A coin that one sold after a double or triple may go up many more times while the trader is out of the position. Cryptos are trading always without any break so trading in and out is not going to work many a time.

A good holder.  :)  I guess that when you say good, the trader is getting substantial returns. A holder usually has the patience to wait out any market slump, not selling until the profit margin is a windfall.

I want to believe a good trader makes the most profit. This is because, in a day, a very good trader can scalp off between 10% to as much as %70 in different consistent trades. A holder, on the other hand, has to wait several weeks or months or even years for a coin to gain value over time. At this stage, the good trader would have made much more over that lengthy period of time compared to how much the holder would have made.

This question is difficult to answer. But in my opinion a trader can do much more than a holder, but a trader can also lose more, because this is a huge risk.

Trader or holder is not important. For example, although you're just a holder but you still can earn a lot of money from holding even more than a trader can earn but you need to have big capital right at the start :)). Amount of money to invest at the start is the problem we need to care about.

Good question actually. In theory trader seems to earn more. buy low - sell high. But in practice holder usually wins. Simply because it's easier, you just buy and do nothing. In the meantime, trader can make a bad move and lose money. You need a lot of experience as a trader to outperform a holder. It's important to point out that to pick right coin is not easy as well.

A good trader earns better than a holder because a coin will surely under go correction after mooning , with that a trader is able to double his bag but at times he may wait for the dip and it will never come. Holding is less stressful  but holders are known to cash out the highest return on investment

I opted for a hodler who have a big capital and buy bitcoin and altcoin at cheap price is who is earned a lot and takes more. Actually not only get a lot of profit, a hodler will not be tired to think of price changes. They just relaxed if there is a crash, in contrast to a trader who will be dizzy to think of the location of support and resistance prices.

That's in terms of profit to be obtained by a hodler, but the other side of a hodler will have a big risk compared to a trader. The risk of getting great results will be small, because they are not focused on price and just rely on lust for wanting bigger profits. And keep in mind the price of cryptocurrency is very volatile, the writing history of the $ 20,000 price drops to the current $ 8000 price. So the target of a hodler will have a longer time to earn a profit.

It strongly depends on what this very end of the crypto currency will be. If this is a complete collapse of the market, then traders will be in a better position

I think good holder makes more money than a good trader.. Holders are more successful than good traders always. But while holding, do trading also.. Thats better in anyway..

I think a very good trader can make more. But the matter is a very hard work. A very few people can become really successful traders, the rest in the end will lost  everything. That's why i think the holders in the end make more.

For me, I think it will all depend on the situation. Both of them makes profit so it's good but I think traders have an edge over holders.

Actually its depend, i mean if you know how to trade and read how the candlestick works you can earn a lot more because you know where you can put your money to trade and to double your gain if you sell your share. And for long term hodler you can earn also if you choose the token that can generate your income in future. So before you choose the path that can generate your income, make sure you ask your self first where you are passionate about.

I think a trader can earn more than a holder. Holding is long term way to earn profit. Before holding any coin you will have to choose the best coin to earn more profit. based on what I've experienced. holding gives is greater. trade only in certain time could produce, and even if the market is in a poor condition sure they won't get anything. expect many in the trade are indeed good but sometimes the circumstances do not support.

Well, TA and FA is not that accurate when making decision on trading specially when you are dancing in the hands of those whales in the market. There are a lot of pros and cons when being a holder and trader so it still depends on your luck, guts and strategies, In the long run, traders bleeds more to take those income than the holders. Most of the time, holders takes a pot of gold and the jackpot when their altcoin skyrockets.

We cannot really tell which of the two is better. There's no statistical data showing accounts of people who are making a nice profit in trading or holding.
But I think you can experiment it yourself if you have much money. Try to join pump and dump in telegram groups. Also become a fan of ianbalina or suppoman and buy their recommended altcoina. Then compare your profit between pump & dump TG and ianbalina/suppoman recommendation.

According to me the holder makes the more profit at the end instead of daily trader because holder is holding the coins for the long term trader the chances of getting loss is way more less than the day trader because daily trader do trades daily and then when the market goes down daily trader close their trade and loss the better to hold and wait for the big move

 Giving an emphasis to a  long term holder is different from a trader. You hodl potentially altcoins in a long run will benefit you and give you a huge profits and earnings, trading will accompany some expertise but if you are experienced enough you can also benefit from this (day trading or not) . Depends on the initial capital, if you only had $100 then obviously it'd take months of effort and success than if you'd invested that into bitcoin years ago. It's not about which makes more it's about effort required. Long term holding gives profit with very little effort other than occasionally checking price.

This is a tough one. Both are good ways of making profit. I think with proper knowledge and a lot of skills I think a trader would earn more than holding. In holding all you do is wait for the price to go up while on trading you explore many coins as much as possible just to find that one who has potential of good profit. But in the end I think it is still on the person doing things, depends on how diligent and how skillful he is.

In fact, the right trade will be more profitable than holding it for a long time. But not every deal is right. So most people still like to hold it for a long time, because it will bring them more benefits.

In my opinion a good trader can make more than holder because they can multiply the money everyday if they win the trade but they have to be really good at trading, if he's just a normal trader then holding is definitely better because the value of coin will likely to go up in the long term and you can actually relax and do something else everyday while in trading you have to spend a lot of time in front of your monitor.

To use the term good is a little ambiguous as there are so many ways to interpret the word "good". So let me just think that a good trader means he has a good sense of what he is doing, has a good skill and a good storage full of knowledge and info.

In that sense, I think that the trader is the one who makes more money. He can generate profit everyday and can earn despite the market being unstable. Despite the risk and everything, if he sum all of his daily profit via trading, I am quite sure that he would have made more than a simple holder. Not trader and not a holder will makes more in the end =) But ICOs investors ,who find good projects for flipping,at least at my view.

that holds for longer and more patients will get the results much more than just a trade only. Although much can be traded promising, however, that does not apply to any market conditions. only when the increase alone will be able to get the results, but if in due time just flat even tend to not produce then trading will be very unprofitable.

i personally havent been able to make much from trading or scalping, except on days when i'm in luck. my skills sucks i guess. most of my gains have been thru' holding on to good coins from their undervalued days.

This can only happen when you can see the future. Let me say it happens only by sheer luck. Check the cmc in 2014 and check cmc 2018 most coin on top 10 have faded away. So hold or sell anything can happen

This is a very technical question and i would respond technically as listed below.

a.When market is extremely red and there is high fluctuations then short term trader can earn on daily basis a good profit.Short term trading is highly risky but also carries handsome profit as well.

b.When market is red its better to hold your investment because if you gonna toward sell you may earn less benefit or minimum loss as well.When prices are high later you can sell and earn a good profit.

As far as i am concerned a hodler earns a lot compared to trader but it also depends upon invested capital.

Well, everything is related to how to take a good choice (Buy, Invest..) on the appropriate timing, for example, in this period, the currency price of Bitcoin is very low compared to the previous value and possibly this decline will continue in next days or maybe weeks, so when you will buy a large amount of Bitcoin and even the best cryptocurrecies (Ehtereum, Ripple, Tron, Cardano) then it is certain that you will make a huge profit in a long term because there is a big possiblity that this crisis is temporary and it will end after some period. So we must take advantage of this opportunity in order to ensure or guarantee an acceptable profit.

In my opinion a good holder will make more in the end, it is based on my experience on stocks market though so it might be different with crypto. Coin with great fundamental will have it's value increase in the long term so you can hold it and make profit later while in trading you have to do good trades a lot which is very unlikely to happen and you actually spend more time on trading while you can do something else if you just hold.

It all depends on what you measure as success and what kind of market conditions are present at any given time. If the market is being consistently bullish for a long period of time, then your holders are going to make more overall. If the market is kind of stagnant aside from some occasional bounds up and down, traders will make more overall. A holder need a good project and a lot of time to get profit.
A good trader (there aren't many good traders) whit a bullish market or bearish market will get a profit, no matter the situation, a good trader have advantage.

Trading and HODL are one of the ways to earn income in cryptocurrency. I think the trader can make more incomes at the end since, trading is the best way to provide a huge income in daily process.

Both can be good on their own ends. Firstly a holder had to wait for for long time when his coins listed in ICO with good rates. On the other part Trader with his practical & technical knowledge at the end of day can produce a good money by sitting for full day his eyes on the market. Holder had wait for the bull to run. If you had good coins with you you should do some trading to some extent. As holding for months is also not good. You shouls also have experience of Trading also.

It's a bit hard to say which one would be more profitable at the end of a time. It is possible that a good trader would make more than a holder even if the markets are not well in a given day. I think overall a good trader would make more over time than a holder because it could take so long before they are able to make a profit out of their holdings.

Couldn’t agree more with this one, it’s getting the balance right, learning and understanding basic ta to spot swing highs and lows etc to find some entry and exit points and leaving a few coins for the possible 50x is what I look for.

In this era of instability in the price of Cryptos it will be difficult for hodlers to make profits however a good trader equipped with both technical and fundamental analysis will capitalized on the instability in the price and makes profits consistently thus having an edge over a hodler.

the hold will get unexpected results from on trade. If good condition indeed each trade will be able to produce, but if in a condition like this will be bad because certainly there will not be a rise which means so sure money in trade will be difficult. better hold your course in order to get maximum results.

Trader makes a lot of mistakes and they earn very little as when the market does go their way, they exit in hope to buy again, but it is too late and they are ready to buy at the price they have sold, but again it is too late and they start panicking and so many regrets, why they left a market that they were in to. Whereas holders don't make too much thinking, they just set a target, that suits them and they are waiting for their profit. My advise to everyone if you really believe in the asset you are holding, but you are bored or think you could earn more, split what you are holding, for example: you got 1000 whatever coin, leave 800/900 long term (hodl) and trade those 100/200 and that will make you happy.

You can't really tell. It really depends on the situation and it really depends on how you are good in analyzing every situation here in crypto world. You can gain a lot if you are holding some coins for long term but it depends on the coins also that you are holding. You can also earn big in trading if you are good in studying in the flow of prices. So it is really hard to tell it really depends on the market situation. Both technique can be productive and we can gain but we must be aware of the situation.

Someone won’t just jump into conclusion on this, any of the above may be the winner. If a holder is opportune to hodl what would be full of positivity at the end then it would Favour him and for a good trader, he would strategize and make profit on daily basis or short period.

Of course, the good trader makes more profit than the hodler, because trader sells at a high price and buys back from a cheap price. By that way, he increases bitcoin count with altcoin trading or gaining profit with bitcoin trading. But this is true only if he is really a "good trader" and don't make silly decisions while trading.

For me a good and experience day trader benefits the most in the income side. He can make profits even in a bearish market as long he have fundamental and technical analysis in the market. While holding your coin is good too but it takes long and sometimes you panic because the market go ups and down and tend to sell your token based on your emotion.

I suppose that very good trader makes more in the end. But the fact is the majority of people not good trader, not even close. The most people who think " i am good" lost everything in the end. So ,the holders makes more in the end.

I think it depends on your experience and knowledge. traders and investors both contain high speculation that can deal with losses.
So, the most important role is experience and knowledge until you can do both.

In my opinion a good trader does make more than holders. Good traders know how to analyze the market and use it to his/her advantage to enter the market or exit. Also, good traders are good at making their money flow in a daily basis and that their flow of money is continuous . If something happens, they would react faster than average traders which makes their money flow. Since they've been playing with money for so long, they know how to handle their emotions well enough. Meanwhile for the holders, they will be missing a lot of pump and dump because they are focus in the future price. They depend on the long term out come of a coin. Also, they have to research if the coin they are going to invest to are going to grow, unless it's Bitcoin or other old altcoins which has a lot of reputions now.

This is a situation only time can answer. It all depends on the condition and the liquidity of the coin. If the token value increases with time, it is the holder who wins the game, but if the values keep fluctuating, then it is better to trade and invest on the cryptos with high liquidity. 

It all depends on the market trend, i dont think there is a singular sweeping answer for this one.

They both make a lot of money as long as they know what they are doing. The thing is that one is more risky than the other. On my own experience of trading over the past year, I will say that if you keep coins, it's harder to earn. Determine the coin that will fly in price up is very difficult. Especially with this market trend over the past year.

It varies it depends on individual experience doing both. The two side can argue both pays at the end. It is a bit difficult to come to a conclusion the one that pays most, that was why i said it depends on individual experience.

When is "end"? You have to at least include a time frame.
It is more likely that holders will earn more provided that they invested in a top quality coin. I mean, you can hodl a trash coin all you want and will still remain trash even after 5 years.

It all depends on what kind of trader it is, because the trader today can earn 30% of the deposit, and then lose 70%, so you need to talk very seriously about what traders, you can also say about the holders, looking what they have there in the portfolio.

If you are able to trade, then you will naturally earn more, if not, then you have nothing left but just to hold the coin and wait for the price to rise several times to get a decent profit. I stick more than the second option.

Trader is in stress always and holder is in stress only when he is making a choice about buying something. The profitability is not significant for me. So I think that holders win here.

i'd say a trader makes more profit at the end of the day than someone who holds his coins only. but of course only if the trader makes enough profit and doesn't lose any money.  otherwise the result could be different.

A trader is a holder as well but beside that also trading. If I was holding my coins only during this bear market past 8 months
now my portfolio would be 3 times less than it is. It is true that there are situations ( bull market ) when a simple hold brings bigger profit
than trading. But long term traders makes many times bigger profit than simple holders.

A good trader will know the best time to sell their coins to get profit. The market condition have changed, in this year we not see the market increase yet and I assume hold may be can't promising a big profit than before. We should know the right time to buy and sell so we can gain profit.

The answer is obvious to me, it is the good trader who earns more because a good trader can achieve profits even during the bear market, so there is no bad day for him, and he can make really much more profit than a simple holder. But let us agree, we are talking here about a good trader and not just a simple trader.

To me, I believe a good holder makes much than a good trader. When trade a toke  now, probably you can get 50% profit but when
 you hodl the token for a certain period, you could get times two of the profit you actually sold it.

This is the advantage for those traders who can still make shorts even no matter whats the current condition of the market either bearish or bullish because short traders can place themselves on price points and exits when theres a percentage rise which each kind of trading technique would really vary on time execution at the same time these would always vary with trading skills. Anyone! i mean a good trader knows how to do good trading and get good profit and a good holder know how much time to hold that coin and what is the best time to sell that coin for good profit. This world is full of surprises, at what stage we get which prize or lose, we don't know. But if there is a compulsary to choose, then i think a holder makes more in the end because trading is full time risky than holding. Also trading will be done smartly at every point.

In cryptocurrency, i think a good trader can get more than a holder. A trader can make a money when the price is low high it depend in the situation but in holder it takes time to wait for the right time when the price high. In trader ,we need to master and analyze the process to make sure we gain profit and ut might take more a year to master it. Actually a good trader makes the better profit at the end of the whole story. because he studies the market and knows when to buy or sell. he can buy low sell hign and position to buy low again until a certain time when he has to stop due to price development

In my opinion, the best plan would be holding the half of your altcoins for long term and trade with the half. Sometimes, it's more profitable to trade than holding especially in this bearish market which is not ending since the start of this year.

Both of them are possible to get huge profit but its depend how they manage being trader and being holder. Trader sell only if they know or feel the market is in its highest peak to trade, so everytime they do trade and if he/she gather all his/her earning for whole year there's a chance he/she get lots of profit or possible he become rich. While holder if he/she keep his/her crypto for one there's a chance he/she also get huge profit if they holding  have potential. But the problem is its depend what the situation of the market like what happen now, market is falling again and for the last 3 passeed months it price dropped continuously, so those holder and trader are possible to get less profit.

I think in real life there's no only trading or hold. Every smart person will combine both options to increase his profit! I guess hold+trading+investment in other projects bringing passive income is the best strategy!

I think a good trader will give you more, we know that trading is a way to get big profits. if you want to be rich then trade. yes good trader is more profitable than you become a holder. but to be a good trader you have to do lots of experiments and have a lot of experience so that you become a professional.

If you are a good trader and know your way around, you can certainly earn more money with trading than by simply holding and waiting.
If you are not a good trader, you shouldn't and rather hold your coins than lose them through bad trades.

If you start to analyse where to get out at a loss or a profit when you are already in the trade then you can only make an emotional decision based on how much money you are up by or down by.

Write down your trading plan, like a business plan and every day, or week, you should be reflecting on how well you executed your plan. Not how much money you made or lost

You never take a loss if you don't sell however you never make a profit if you do not sell either.  I think the trader will win because he will always be in his game.  The hodler will eventually have to trade and this is where things may get a little ugly.  I'm a hodler that has this trading issue.  i screw it up every time.

I think that depends on the situation, because when the trend goes down, traders with large capital can manipulate prices and make profits, while holders have to wait longer, especially those who enter at the peak of the price. But when viewed from the holders of Bitcoin in the past, maybe the right coin holding will get a bigger portion.

trading is now full of risks, if not for the pump then we will not be able to make a profit. holding the same thing as trading, because in the current market situation we don't know when the market starts to rise. so both are full of risks, but the decision is in your hands and if you are not good at trading then choose to hold it.

This is a case to case basis but I think the good trader is much good than a good holder. Well, in holding you assets ( altcoins ) is need a lot of patience and understanding beyond the situation. He must be responsible and well discipline of course. But for being a good trader, there's a lot of opportunity specially in crypto market. It's says a "good" so it means the percentage loss is low, so it has a more potential profit or income than holding and not doing anything.

I guess if your a good trader and you have a lot of professional trading skills you will earn more but on the other hand if you are a long time holder am talking about 2yrs 3yrs then you will make a whole lot more than the investors them self's..... So I believe both just depends on your patients and professionalism.

But even it's a good token you've  hold, there are still a possibility of having a loss and you only have a limited option and that is "hold". So it means, you don't have anything to do to make the value up. While a good trader has a good analytic strategy which can able to manipulate the value of  specific token, so it mean the possibility of having a good income is more high than holding.

In my opinion both have a good and bad side. As long as you are a good trader and a good holder, you can make every profit. For me, you need to balance the two abilities for you to become successful. Well, it is a safe choice. for me both.

In trading or to be a good trader, the knowledge is still continue to grow because you need to learn or study a lot of things specially the newly created tokens. Also you need to see some specific coins that  you target in to know it's value and possible price hike. While in holding, the best thing you do is to control yourself and wait at the best time.

Actually it depends on many factors. Business is very profitable but also risky. On the other hand for someone to hold it is safer but it takes a pretty long time to earn.

It all depends on how good the trader is. And then recently all consider themselves traders from god  ;D, but it is not and not all know how to trade in a falling market. And this is the main thing - to be able to earn in the market in any conditions. Most of all , I think, earn holders, but as always, all depends on cryptoportfolio.

the holder will depend on how big the increase in the market is going. When this is promising and climb tall enough they will get a huge profit. but for traders certainly, have to prepare their best strategy is to always get the results though in bad market conditions though.

I completely agree with your opinion, because we need to adapt to the market situation and the price of coins. There are coins that need to be sold - when growing, and then buying the same saum coin when the price has decreased. You also need to save some coins. It all depends on the situation.

If he is a good trader, in fact the good trader, because he manages to make small profits in a short time and manages to be victorious at some time or another in investments! It also depends on the situation of the market, like example now the better choices is buy more and hold until the bull runs come. Trading is not easy you need to have a great skills if you don't have, big possibility that your capital will be lose.

Trading is too stressful for me. I rather HODL. So far it has been working for me. However, I do like to have some staking coins that give small rewards for holding.

It's actually difficult to decide who makes more, a good trader would surely earn but then there are some instances where the moves are not well calculated and they tend to lose all. For holders, it solely depend on the worth of the coin/token the person is holding: if it's a good one at the long run  they earn more.

really, I think it varies with the individuals. One trader might be earning so much, while the other might be earning so little. One hodler might benefit so much much from hodling a coin, while another might not. It all depends on the coin first, and their approach towards it. What works for one person, might not work for the other.
