Title: [Free Plans Too]Possibly the best Mining Monitor I've tried
Post by: CrackedLogic on December 17, 2013, 07:57:19 AM
I was recently away from home and I needed to keep track of
my rig, Now obviously a sleeping miner is a loss of money.

I found a few dashboards, which I have tried.
I found this -> http://www.miningmonitor.com/Mining

In my opionion it's the best I've tried. I currently have a "silver" account with them.

As for my account, I pay 1btc a year.
That's not bad considering that I would make a return of that in less than a month.

I personally like it 'cause when I'm out and about, I constantly forget to leave my Mobile Data on(I use my WiFi ALL the time,who doesn't? ;D :P)
and so they always send me an sms when they update their info about my miners,that's helpful.
You currently start off with 50 free sms's, once that's finished its just 0.5btc for another 100 sms's.
They also send you free email notifications on all plans.
That's why I favor this so much. The notifications.

I want to later upgrade to a gold account as I can have unlimited workers and pools monitored.

Check it out here (http://www.miningmonitor.com/Mining) I really advise it.

Seems fairly expensive. Given the current prices of Bitoins, 1BTC plus .5 for even more SMS's is going to add up into the thousands of dollars. That seriously cuts into your profits given the price of mining hardware. Have you considered the other free alternatives? Consider searching the forums to find other free or much cheaper alternatives that will help end up saving you precious coin.

For those prices you could have somebody go over to your place and write a script for CGWatcher for you.
