But maybe not in 15 minutes, which would be about the wage you put in your bounty. And that would be if the developer were certain to get paid: A Bounty is only worth it if it is more money than the normal time spent, as there is significant risk involved for the designers who participate (spending time, not earning money). I don't get why you are are creating a bounty for 'something simple' either.
