The Bitcoiniacs and Quadriga will both bring ATMs to other Canadian cities, and together I expect them to cover every major area, often overlapping. I don't know why its taking so long to get an ATM in Toronto. Even if it isn't as widely adopted, I imagine that there is enough people. I realize having an ATM in Vancouver is necessary due to the huge Chinese population. Being able to transfer BTC to China for no cost is amazing!
