Tomorrow, 12/20/13, Worldcoin's financial service, dubbed "Scharmbeck" will enter beta testing. Release it slated for February 20th but a select group will be able to take part tomorrow. To apply please send an email to BetaTest@Scharmbeck.com

I want to take some time to clear up what Scharmbeck is. We post about it a lot but many of you may not fully understand what it's all about.

 What is "Scharmbeck?"

 Scharmbeck is an online FinCen approved Worldcoin financial service. Much like Coinbase for bitcoin you will be able to sign up an account and buy Worldcoin directly with US Dollars. This breaks a wall of entry down for those who are not exactly tech savvy and do not want to go through exchanges. Scharmbeck is also a three tier secured online wallet.

 What makes Scharmbeck different?

 Scharmbeck is not your average online purchasing center. It also will be a full blown merchant service. While we can't provide any more detail then this we can tell you that it means Scharmbeck will have efficient and easy application to help everyone purchase things with Worldcoin on a daily, real world, basis.

 Did we mention we're in the middle of patenting and developing a killer iphone/android app?

 What does this mean for Worldcoin?

 This means more volume, more advertisement, easier entry, easier sales, and support from both consumer and seller. It means that Worldcoin has direction and purpose. It means that Worldcoin is unique and truly stands out from all other altcoins.

Having an EXCHANGE for USD/Tag is not a direct purchasing service. Many coins have USD/"Coin" exchanges. No other coin has a direct purchasing service except for Bitcoin and I believe Litecoin.

As can be seen, at least in Vircurex several ask-side-bounces are disappearing.
Apparently they are preparing the launch of the rocket and do not want to be slaughtered.
I highly recommend for you all, sellers, withdrawing 90 % of the outstanding sell-orders and probably consider buying some coins while they are still under 0.015 BTC.

I challenge you guys maximizing your investments in WDC. After a while you will be rich bastards, too.
A good amount, if one can afford, is to purchase 50 BTC worth of WDC before it hits 0.01 (if you are just able to crab that much from the markets). After 0.01 until 0.015 levels you are doing well if you buy 75 BTC worth of WDCs..
The higher it goes, the more BitCoins you need to pump this beauty so that you are doing at least moderately.

WDC will double by tomorrow.. easy money.. easy....

What do we send in the Beta Test email? Just that we'd like to be added?

I am worried about the slowness of the rate appreciation of WDC agains BTC - this means, as the rate goes up, the rise is so strong that we do never get the coins back this cheap.
This is actually really scary thought - now it is the time to buy as many WDC as possible while we can get them for such a low cost.

Did anyone buy shares being traded on cryptostocks?  Any more news on when new shares will be released?

Sounds almost too good to be true - it would be like earning a dividend every time someone made a trade on coinbase.  Am I missing something here?

It's great to find a coin that there is real development going on. I decided to jump in and buy a little bit too ~400 WDC.

WDC is 2nd or 3rd best coin.  Active community who develop code and products for the coin and care about the long term future.

It's just like any other coin, but Worldcoin has a few advantages. First it has a decent name. BBQCoin? I mean look at that name, nobody will ever use that in the real world. Worldcoin has a good looking website and they're doing great promotional work all over the world.

It's one of the few altcoins taken serious and not out there just for mining and fast money.

After the doge hype this will get big time attention.

Look at what happened to all crypto's this week because Bitcoin had some bad news out of china. It shows how easily a single government can negatively effect the price of the entire market. Having a coin on it's own market independent of Bitcoin is great for the crypto community.

Personally I am buying BitCoins only in order to buy WDC but soon I will be able to buy the WDC direct with fiat.
If BTC's market cap is in billions, the WDC market cap should be 10 times higher because the tech is more developed than in BTC (faster transactions).

I also sent an email but didn't make the first set of beta testers. In fact, I believe it was a very small number of people.

I believe there will be a second round of beta in the near future. However, not sure how the users will be chosen.

Not too long to wait until the final release. I believe its still on target for February.
