you can always go to www.bitcoin.co.id. You can trade your Bitcoin into Dogecoin and set your own price while you're at it. It costs nothing too! (0% transaction fee)

Just go to www.Bitin.io, specify a dogecoin address to receive dogecoin, you will get a btc address to send bitcoins to, send as much you want to purchase and you'll get your dogecoin after 1 confirm. It's an instant exchange, no need to register or anything.

Just use an exchange rather than requesting it here, as people will charge you a mark up.
With an exchange, you just have to create an account and do the trade.
