Don't send your bitcoin to anybody and don't disclose any information about your password. Instead follow the suggestion quoted, you have a backup, right? There are quoted ways on here to help you get it back without sending anyone any files. Just trying to keep both sides of this safe. Good luck getting the account open. I guess with the lack of response with how this was resolved that it might very well have been a scam. Sadly far to many greedy people falling for these types of scams.
