Tattoo link is NSFW.

I'm asking for clarification on this issue. Should the link be changed because of NSFW?

I don't know what the forum policies are, but a warning would have been nice. That's all.

Tattoo link is NSFW.

I'm asking for clarification on this issue. Should the link be changed because of NSFW?

Probably at least put (NSFW) in the list so someone reading over it on lunch break doesn't get themselves in trouble.

Only americans care about NSFW as far as I know, but the link should be changed for a completely different reason if I recall correctly: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=28001.0

Thank you Lumpy, wolftaur and defxor. I changed the link as per suggested and included SFW in bold, since this is the first Bitcoin tattoo and not the other one, which is NSFW. Darn it! Any other corrections or suggestions are truly appreciated.

Umm. Since it's a completely different tattoo now it's safe for work though ... :)

After rereading your post, I realized my error. The provided link clearly is the first Bitcoin tattoo. I adjusted the post(s) accordingly. Thank you, defxor.

I updated the list to reflect this insight, nhodges. If somebody still defers, please let me know.

I think the first actual physical bitcoins would be the bitbills. These gimmicky coins with a bitcoin logo on them are not actually bitcoins.

Included now, Peter Lambert (any relation to Kenny?), but as you'll see, I still kept the first physical coin (updated, too) on the list.

I took the liberty, Stephen Gornick, to site this quote on the first post of this thread. I truly didn't see that before, but now that I have I feel it doesn't negate nor takeaway from the Wiki page. In fact, I believe this will help that page (200+ views) once this list grows and is migrated over to there by some member here.

Any other firsts, comments or corrections?

OgDogg only accepts Bitcoin for merchandising if I'm not mistaken. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

I didn't see any real record label on the Trade page of the wiki that accepts Bitcoin for music downloads. So, maybe the first legal digital music shop to accept Bitcoin was what I should've said.

In fact the only other record label in the trade page was OgDogg Records, but they only sell merchandising for Bitcoin, their tracks/music are for sale on iTunes and similar shops.

Also, I'm not counting with musicians websites, only Record Labels, you know, the fully legal ones, that have the right to record CD's and pay all taxes and copyrights.

Like i said, correct me if I'm wrong.

I vote that you remove airline ticket (via proxy) as one could include every single thing purchased in $ etc (which is what the ticket was bought with) just when one sells/converts BTC to do so like on an exchange first, I gave someone some BTC & they used their $ credit card to buy me XYZ = a non event

He could though get an important first & for the same thread: First person to be refused entry to the US because of Bitcoins

No need for a vote. I'm easy. Just ask my pet chicken. Oops! Wrong forum. Thank you, Otoh, for your input. I've adjusted the list to reflect your requests. I had to do some reading to make sure I had Nefario's information correct. Feel free to suggest an edit in the wording, if it is warranted. I would like the list to stay somewhat to this grammatical style: The First Bitcoin X, hence this: The Fist Bitcoin Refusal (Used as an excuse to deny a person entry into the US) http://blog.glbse.com/no-electronic-devices.

We are the first full scale gambling exchange  8)

Got it, BitcoinStars. At the moment it's listed as Gambling Exchange, but feel free to offer up a better wording. (Gaming?)

I was thinking about this watch today, Trader Steve, while checking on my job sites. I already had it in mind to include it. It's there now.

I want to thank all three of you for you input. I will make sure to check this thread offer to keep the ongoing list updated.

I think the airline ticket still counts. He bought the ticket with bitcoin from a "travel agent" who somehow got the ticket from an airline, how he got the ticket before selling it does not really matter.

Has there been anybody who paid rent with bitcoin yet? The first bitcoin rent payment was ... ?

I think there was somebody who bought a plane with bitcoin, that would be a good adition to the list.

I am waiting for the first person to pay a prostitute in bitcoins  ;D

That took balls, mute20, to claim to be the first to pay a prostitute with Bitcoin. I have included it on the list and linked you profile to the claim since you've already stated it in this thread that it took place. I hope she didn't overinflate--the price. Did you meet her at Costco's?
