Title: [SUGGESTION] Nxt Trading in the Ripple Protocol? New Nxt Exchange.
Post by: NWO on December 30, 2013, 12:53:37 AM
I'm sick of using dgex.com for various reasons (not automated, high fees, server constantly overloaded, slow transactions, ugly etc etc).

I propose we get a reputable member to become a Ripple gateway for Nxt trading.

Does anyone want to put their hand up? I have too much on to do this myself but I can assist with initial set-up (if you are unfamiliar with Ripple).

So everyone is happy with the current method of exchanging Nxt? Or maybe some do not understand the proposal if they do not understand Ripple (we're talking about the network, not the currency)?.

I am working on a nxt exchange based on intersango, but cannot automate everything with how unstable nxt network is, client hangs alot aand often get stuck. Also I have to change how intersango works and replace the usuage of bitcoind to Electrum POS (not a hot wallet) . Aaaand writing automatic nxt deposit/claim.

Mmm to speed things up, anyone want to subtantially fund my efforts?

How old is this exchange? The orderbook is practically empty. Someone should promote this..

Isn't the point that it supports decentralised exchange?
shouldn't this mean we don't need centralised exchanges at all after this feature is implemented?

Excellent. I'll probably start trading there.

Dont kid yourselves decenteralized ecchanges are impossible between NXT and a chain like bitcoin, of course forget about the shitty old fiat. But currencies within NXT protocol, yes! And that is what we are dying to see. That is what we expect to get nxt 100x folds
