Do users see their tax invoice on their digital receipts when they use this?

It would be cool to know if you are planning to integrate third party token into your terminal so users could pay in bitcoin or ether as well

The project looks good. White paper is a logical and forward looking project.

This will be big, nobody wants to take out their phone at the counter. Let's hope this will feel just like paying by credit card now. A lot of competition in the market though

I Think TillBilly eliminates the extra costs and ensures fair share to the merchants and most importantly totally digital authentication system.

TillBilly is an amazing concept that saves our time, extra costs and other hassles to pay our bills. It is really awesome.

What is advantage to invest into this project because we already have PundiX which far ahead in development and partnerships with big companies. I would like to know about benefits and advantage to invest into same concept again.

TillBilly settles with the merchant in fiat. As far as I can see PundiX can only be used if the merchant accepts crypto and the customer wants to use crypto too including the technological hassle and price volatility.

Pundi X is essentially a POS terminal which besides taking normal card payments, can accept payments in crypto - which is great, with an assumption that people want to pay  in crytocurrencies.

Just because it accepts crypto does not mean people want to pay in cyrpto too. Its almost like I start to accept gold because I think people are dying to pay in gold. At the moment, perhaps there are less that 0.01% of the world's population who actually want to spend their volatile bitcoins or ethers to buy a coffee. TillBilly fully protects customers from crypto price volatility and pays the merchant in fiat, because that's probably the only way to achieve mass adoption right now.

Simply put, I don't think Pundi and TillBilly are playing the same game.

There's a hedging engine in the background. Check out their two-token model in the whitepaper, it's actually pretty interesting

Interesting idea with potential

At the end of every day TillBilly will settle with the merchant in fiat. However, the merchants will have the option of accepting BILL tokens as settlement if they choose.

Yes, it is a complete digital receipt, which eliminates paper waste. Eliminating paper receipts alone could save a  merchant thousands of dollars a year, but of course there's more benefits to using TillBilly than just that  :)

Shoppers information is private and anonymous to the merchant.

As far as exchanges go it is way too early to give dates as the public ICO officially starts on September 1st. However there is nothing to stop trading from happening on decentralized exchanges as soon as the ICO tokens are distributed.

This is not a new product or product idea as there are many pos/nfc systems in use or production already.This product and its associated token are contingent to mass adotpion.If on release it offers updated features it may succeed.

I have to disagree, if I understand you correctly.

The success of TillBilly is not contingent on mass adoption of our PoS terminal, BILL tokens (directly), or even mass adoption of cryptocurrency. This is because at the core we are a general payment solution for both brick and mortar and online shops. We provide not only a cheaper alternative to traditional means of payment, but a currency agnostic one. So users can use fiat or hypothetically other stable, asset backed tokens on our platform (and alt coins of course). The reason why we can do this more efficiently is because we use blockchain, specifically Stellar, on our back end. All of the benefits of blockchain without the volatility or sluggishness of older chains like Bitcoin.

We are focused not on cryptocurrency enthusiasts, but on everyone.

There are a good few revenue streams and token use cases on the back of this infrastructure and I like the concept. Also I also think that the location of the team gives me confidence that they will get the hard yards done.

The market is fierce competition, but the team seems to have execution power. There is a big difference between soft and hard caps. In this case, the budget allocation should fluctuate depending on the procurement amount.

The idea is quite simple. However the novelty is in the making. To make an acceptable new payment method with volume, it needs to be simple, reliable and more - and that's the main focus of Tillbilly.
