Which ones are you actually selling? What expiration date? Go to page 5 and you can see real limits. That said, If what OP is telling is true these are NOT prepaid cards. These are cards that belong to somebody (drop probably). But judging from photos, I think that he is indeed selling prepaid cards, but with smaller limits.
