No I do not change my mind. I just can not risk by my money same as TS. Prefer to send my PP after receive BTC. Just my account does not have enought trust. So we just not agreed who is send money first and just stay friends.

There is no proof however, but im expecting Etshy to answer to thread, assuming that he is legit.
However this is a lesson, that you should never ever, send payment first to a member who seems a bit shady and require escrow.

I'd avoid dealing with this user until the case has been settled, even if you do, always use escrow.

i told him to wait for a replacement card but he didn't want to wait for it. then after that he paid using a stolen creditcard which he got his money back after 2 hours.

To me it sounds like you are making excuses. Banks do not really refund you that fast, as they need to investigate the whole case. Can you prove that the payment was chargebacked?

already told him while i was speaking to him don't be a sherlock , i offered him a replacement then SKRILL Payment was holded since he did a chargeback.

Of course, i'd do the same if i was given an empty gift card code instead of what i bought. Even if your intention was not to scam, i don't think that you should be trusted with any trades as you seem to have difficulties with delivering.

Merit ain't trust, consider them as "honor points" for quality posts. In this case, OP has not earned any after the merit update as well as there is an open scam accusation against him.
