Yea I've sent you a couple of PM's with some more information.

I think its safe to say the problems not with the Bitparking.com exchange as I've checked with doublec. However, I have also sent a small amount of I0coin from my personal wallet to your exchange and 149 confirmations later it still hasnt shown up in my balance. Are you running the latest I0coin and iXcoin codes on the exchange  ???

In the near future to give up work and ixcoin i0coin due to unstable network and their customers.

I might also add, its not so much the loss of the coins I am concerned with now, but the fact YOU continue to trade as if nothing is wrong, when your exchange is clearly broken.

Hi there

Have you updated the i0coin client on your exchange yet? I'd really like to be able to recover them some time this year  ;)

Edit: I noticed your 'support' person on your site has replied saying your client is up to date, yet the coins havent been received. Interestingly, I also notice you have little to no volume of I0coin on your site, which suggests everyone else is having problems transferring this currency to your site also.

My question to you now is this:

Will you be suspending transfers of I0coins to your exchange (as you have already suggested you may do due to 'bugs' with the alternate currencies) pending resolution of this issue? Or will you instead continue to allow users to transfer their funds to your site knowing full well they will NOT be able to access their funds??

Disabled deposit i0coin!!

Disabled deposit i0coin!!

Wow..its a bit of a concern it required me posting on a public forum before you finally did it.

So..what about the coins I sent to the i0coin address your site provided me? What do you intend to do about them??

I know thats an old thread but it's the only one i found that is opened by btc-e and is open for promoting the exchange.

I wanted to ask how long does it take to get an answer from compliance@btc-e.com? I sent numerous requests via ticket and they only tell me they work on it. By the way, why do they write in russian all the time, even though i told them often i can't understand it? Strange support.

But i did not get any reaction from them in a month now. Nothing that they work on my case, or what happens. Only support writing me in russian that the check things. For a month?

The btc-e accounts don't react to pm's too.

I really would like to know what is going on. Thank you!
