It is already pre-Program & flashed with firmware,  on its FPGA controller,
which connected to 2 / 4 Blade of Ava 2,  80 chips each.  1.5 - 1.6 G / Chips ( Overclocked stably )

We in use with a MOD small router ( WiFi ), running OpenWRT, install Miner Software on it!  
Your BTC Pool acc, its to be set on GUI Browser !

Script are in Python, There is also a program to test Chips connection, when u got the delivery ~
it will show u which chips have bad contact ~

e.g. in Terminal ~ run

C:\>modular_ava2.py -s com3

etc

I can mark down, or label down ~ cable connectors ~
Right after testing completed, pior packaging~ in case of wrong connection!   :D

Also, given the necessary PSU stats you posted, are we looking at <336 W for the 160G and <672W for the 320G? And with OC, will those PSU numbers hold up?

Interested in 160G Avalon gen2 unit, how soon can you ship?

Ordered 2 360gh yesterday. Shipping is slated as 22nd as the latest. Will post pics and videos pre and post over clock when I get them.

That first picture is a fucking Avy1 module... and you guys believe this dude?!

How does the 160GH model only take 336w to run, when other Avalon 2 based systems pushing 200 are 1000+w - accounting for 3/4 the hashrate that'd still be 750w at least (i.e. double)

Also, I assume that your two options for 160gh/s and 320gh/s are 2 or 4 blades. Could you give me a price for 3x blades, I have a certain amount of money available and don't want to spend more than that, but of course, would like as high hashing speed as possible.

He's keeping me up to date with every step, that is not to say it is real until I have units, but he seems to be going to a lot of effort if he is fake. His instagram has more pictures.

I am currently in talks with a supplier from China who I have done a lot of business with already, she has offered to source me 100gh/s blades etc. So, if you are ready to sell some, reply here and lets sort something out. If I buy from my friend in China, it would take a bit longer due to me paying her in PayPal, then she transfers money, then buys it, then ships it to herself and then on to me. It's a little more complicated than it needs to be.

So, let's get something sorted and quote me for 3x blades!

One of two things is going on here, this is a complete scam or he's a terrible person to do business with. He posted in a different forum on here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=323175.120 offering completed boards. After placing a order for 5 boards without chips (due to the giant solder bridge he's showing on the screen) he informed me of the lead time promising me shipment on Monday. He's since ignored me while continuing to make posts selling stuff and I've initiated a dispute with Paypal. Best of luck to those of you who've already sent him money.

Perhaps, but my bank assures me it can return the money if shipping takes longer than 2 weeks. As well as having multiple orders with multiple people, so quite frankly if it turns out to be a scam then I get my money back, if not I get 720gh with the lowest lead time actually available. So yeah, why am I a puppet?

Why are people even giving this guy money? He hasn't answered any of our questions, and his PSU requirements doesn't add up at all.

The market is flooded with mining gear (mostly from China) who use OLD gen 1 chips with top performance of ~200 GH/s

The price of more than $2000  per such an "antique" unit is too exaggerated !

Actually you can buy mining contracts worth 200 GH/s with less than half of your price.

Never have a single Chip of Avalon 1,  and never true anything I saw in China ~    GOOD LUCK with ur contracts ~

It's bad business to continue taking orders, ignoring people that you already took money from in any case. 

There is absolutely no stock in ShenZheng ~  so now u're thinking PIC16 only cost $0.2 ~  not possible ~  should be lke $1 at less,  then well get it for two ~   check carefully u will see the IC is in UK ~  not even have stock in SG ~     In which UK stock is 7 working days to delivery to HK ~

so I choosed Mouser only 3 days needed ~

All the China supply listed that 2 weeks for ordering this chips, and charge $2 !  So it is hopeless ~

Thanks for Mouser arrived ~   BigJRepair :  I think the board u order is a no A3255 Chips version ~   U paid in 10th Jan ~  Today it is send out @ 17 Jan ~     I Told Mr. " BigJRepair ", he son was sick & send him a proof on email !   Hope he is satisfy ~  Everybody is rushing ~  but when some board didn't pass testing it will cost delay ~  & burn up component ~  Unfornately, China had no manufacturer really use PIC16LF1459 ~  so order would take 3 days ~   Even thro I'm up all weekend ~ I can't really work it orders,  as my son was having Serious Flu, High Fever 40.2 ~     On Monday - Tuesday he start to get well,  but then I got his Flu ~  I was in massive pain for 4 days ~   BigJRepair + another 2 order have delayed!    Anyway, I have been working all the time ~  4 hours sleep avg.     The Avalon 2 reference Design,  is not something I make to sell ~   Is a client who want like to have ~  So we help them by sharing the volume out ~     As we need order parts for 3TH,  to be more cost effective for all parties ~   ;)

Yes,  Thats ok ~ but for it to work u would need to add

1) FPGA controller
2 ) A special PSU connection Hubs, + 1 connection rail for the Blade
2) Tplink 703n ( best with 64Mb Modded )

Once I get the miner that I just got from China running I am going to try and sell it so i can purchase one of yours.

I have designed a Klondike interface for the Avalon module so I would not need any of the above.
Can you give a price for just the 80 chip module?

Any updates? I've sent a pm for a update request to see if he was able to ship my order out on the last batch before the cny but no reply for a few days now.

Slightly later than what was ideal. I have received my tracking number and shipment is on route.

( another 2 days was difficultly on the 1st production, there is some boards need to rework of SHORT circuit )

Practise made perfect,  we took the time to do it probably on 1st patch,  in case any bad quality happen!

We have to adjust the production mention, now there is very high success rate,  almost 100%

When u receive ur order, u will find the boards on Control Unit, Hash Unit are gold Plating one ! 

Also the version of hardware is V2.1c ~  newer & better than Bitminer !

Sorry, there is a high rate of production issue at the beginning.  So the schdule have push back!

I have already had my P&P , as well as production process fine tuned ~   should not have any push back date anymore~

pls allow the order to be send on 8th Feb ~   as I need to bring my whole family to Taipei for a week ! 


There is 7 months baby involve, so i can't escape this.   

So I will spend my time to learn more the Flashing & reply Post ! 

I have a blade reserved only, for myself to try out on,  during the Taipei trip ! 


Hopefully, I didn't mention,  I can only try on the 1st Patch ~ otherwise would be 8 Feb,

( Hong Kong CNY is actually much shorter than in China )

Jeff if you consider dropping your price on the 320G miner then I will consider buying one.

Sorry but for that amount of money by FEB 8, I can get 3 Antminers that total 600GH+ overclocked.

So think about it....

Are you sure about that? By my maths...

1.45btc * $800 = $1160

$1160 * 3 = $3480

$3480(3xantimer price) - $2700(320gh price) = $780 cheaper than 3 antminers

Where are u getting this numbers from?

From what I see happening...

I bought an Antminer for 2.2BTC two days later it was 1.9BTC (I got a discount coupon).

A bit after that lower and now at 1.45BTC and shipping starts at 08FEB.

Which means that after that any order coming through would have be for a price that is logical given the difficulty changes.

So my guess is that by Feb 08-09 Antminers should cost like something in the range of 0.8-1BTC, anything over that is a waste of money.
And they know it, that's why they keep dropping prices.

You should have shipping prices included makes easier to order. Finding out its $120 more is kind of a big surprise.
