Can anyone give me a hand how to configure cgminer for mining solidcoin in solomode? I am a Windows user.

it's not really different than setting it up for a pool.
you do have your solidcoin.conf in your solidcoin  appdata dir? with rpcuser and all that in it? look for example on solidcoin.info
then i believe it should be soemthing like

cgminer -o http://127.0.0.1:7556 -u rpcuser -p rpcpass -I 8

where the 7556 is the rpcport set in your solidcoin.conf .. i think that is the default port solidoins use but not 100% sure

^^That's what I use! Make sure you have the whole blockchain DL'd, or you will have MANY rejects!

You'll have many rejects regardless, until you find that one block (then you'll have 1 accepted) :)  Until then (and after then) it's rejects galore :)
