With an offline cold storage paper wallet can you check the balance on Blockchain.info and can you add that address to a Blcokchain Wallet, but still keep the Bitcoin offline? So, could you use the Blockchain mobile App to keep an eye on the offline wallet balance? Or would it mean transferring the offline paper wallet into a Blockchain Wallet for that to work?
