This activity has been existing even before and has been very rampant. That is why we need to be extra cautious in logging into our accounts. Be sure that your password is always updated and be sure to use a personal computer or not leave you account open while unattended. Moreover, campaigns must also secure their tools or mediums so users are not prone to this hacking activities. Base on my personal experience, I always update passwords and always log out from my account everytime i will go out and always save these passwords on secret folders not just posted in your desktop.
