Terms/conditions

Downtime:
      Any downtime will be credited in one of two ways, customers choice,
            1. For every minute rig is down you will receive 2 mins of extra renting.
            2. For every minute rig is down you will receive btc per minute of downtime at leased rate plus 1%.
                Example: Rig lease for .1btc for 24hours, .1btc / 24hours = .00417(rounded up), .00417 / 60minutes = 0.0000695. .0000695 * .01percent = 0.000070195. so you will                                                                                                 recieve 0.0000702(rounded up)btc per minute of downtime.

Was very nice about my requests to switch pools every once in a while after I made a bad call switching to a certain pool.  Also is willing to deal on price, so that was nice. Would rent again if needed :)

I have a very good experience with ur mining rig , speed was good also the support was awesome , he also gave me some extra time after my contract was over , i am low in funds thats why i cant continue leasing ur rig , as soon as i will have funds i will rent it again :)

Reasonable with good communication. Experienced some downtime, but the problem was solved and I was fairly compensated. I would consider renting again in the future.

I tried to rent your rig for 24 hrs - I hit 'Hire' less than 2 seconds after it became available, but I guess the competition was too high - 'It is already rented'

Any way we can pre-book it ?

I had a very good experience.. Rig was down for few minutes, Frost contat me right away and he credit me with aprox 20 min of extra time

Will consider to rent it again  :) (but it is too competitive >:( it's too hard to rent his rig!!). Although i had experienced some downtime, the owner was willing to compensate my loss. Also he actively communicated with me once he found out a problem and let me know what's going on.  :)

Great rigs! Rented one for an entire day and even got an extra hour for free. Thanks a lot!

Great rigs, speed and communication. 24hr rental and received an extra hour. He verify the logs on his side towards the end and credits extra time on some downtime I hadn't even noticed. Very good experience, would def rent again.

Good rigs but more important than that is the service.

Currently just started renting for 24 hours, but it will not switch over to my settings, and cannot remove mining rig pool??

Shuxy, please open a ticket on the helpdesk so support can look into this.  You will have to provide some information on the provider, pools, and a screenshot of the rig stats.   We will work with you and the provider on a resolution.

A note to current renters.  Our services are international and everyone sleeps.  There is a required 24 hour waiting period allowable for providers to reply and everyone involved deserves the benefit of the doubt.

unfortunately yes my rig did go down for about an hour, prior to that it was up and running and functional, and again its now up and running. however i understand your frustration shuxy and if you want a full refund i'll do that minus the transaction fee. if not i have credited you with the lost time plus extra. Either way just let me know what you want and ill get on it.

frostamation: I checked the hash it seems to be running, but on leaserig's site it still says "Dead". Thank you for the credit, I'll keep using the rig.

Apologies to both if I seemed harsh. Since it seems to be running now on the pool, so let's get on with it for now :).

Rented your x11 rig. It is strange but the worker keeps disappearing then coming back.

I have heaps of other workers without this issue.

Sold me on ebay Bitmain Antminer L3+ PREORDER AUGUST( Item # 201969449284 ) and stop answer my messages. Sure thing I will get his ass via PayPal, but beware of dealing with him.

Please explain why don't you answer my email and messages via eBay? Well, you couldn't do it via eBay anymore, your account was removed by eBay because of some policy breach.
I can see you were online recently. Please tell people that you are not proven and didn't make any illegal actions. I blame you as a scamer in the previous message near two weeks ago, you are agreed and even don't want to say something?

How can you do it? You're a programmer, you're smart guy! Why you step the dark side, don't you think those money will bring you happiness and health? I absolutely sure, no.

It's not too late to make a refund and forget about all this.

The first message from the seller was:
There were a few messages from me about my order, Frostamation continued telling me that the items is not ready for shipping and he will ship after getting the batch from Bitmain. It's OK, I was waiting, but asked him about tracking from Bitmain.
After Aug, 5 I got no more messages from  Frostamation. He never reply anymore nor via ebay, nor via emails.

On Aug, 24 he added to eBay the tracking number 23132760000017278946 (USPS). It shows that my order was delivered Jul 8. But I received nothing!!!

Unbelievable! Preordered for Aug item! Delivered in a week and the buyer don't know about shipping and delivery!
I don't know how, but he cheated USPS and shipped (or just got delivery scan) something and told me nothing about.

I really appreciate if someone could help me in any way. I really hope Frostamation or TJ (as he introduced himself in some topics) will be jailed.
