Title: Do i need internet connection to mine crypto coins Post by: janpec1000 on January 17, 2014, 09:24:03 PM Hello guys, i just have basic question. Do i need constant internet connection to mine crypto coins? For example can i mine them without connection and then just connect computer once a week for coins to be collected into wallet. Is that possible?

You would need to keep up to date on the blocks that are being processing (The ones that you are mining). Otherwise you could be mining a block that is old and has already be mined. That just my guess, though.

I can't see any way around that.
