He anyway will install the new panel and can guide you with power distribution company. You also need to contact the power company to see if they will allow you to increase your service. In many populated areas they will have a limit as to how much power you can have per residential address. If you live in a more rural area there's a better chance that they will be able and willing to supply more power to your address.

What are the best reasons I can use to add the service?
