Opportunity comes and goes in the time it takes to refresh the board. I've been leery to try others, but Cryptsy fails for anyone who wants to actively trade.
I've had no problems selling, and sending and receiving coins has worked relatively well with only a couple of issues that were resolved pretty quickly.
