He needs the money so he is getting a neck tatoo ( got the ida from another user) he is willing to do any image or word other than racist slurs. He has a buzz cut so the message will be seen! Other than an animator I also mentor him in graffiti and he is a nice kid. He also works part time in the summer as a camp counselor.

There are people in the USA that would SELL AND ORGAN for 12 BTC if it were legal let alone get a tattoo on the neck. $2500 for a tattoo on the back??
