Title: Re: My Farm in Vietnam Post by: edwardceng on May 26, 2018, 07:33:43 AM I see almost all AMD cards (RX series) such RX480/580, right?
how much is the price of electricity it is cheap or expensive?(in your country) Title: Re: My Farm in Vietnam Post by: nad010286 on May 26, 2018, 07:58:27 AM @EdwardCeng
Yes, I use mainly RX 470, 570, 580 and they are either 4GB or 8GB. These are best for ETH or ETC. Electricity is still cheap. The average cost for each rig is $88, including electricity, 24/7 monitoring, maintenance (dust cleaning) @gameboy266: We have a small power station, support up to 300 rigs. Title: Re: My Farm in Vietnam Post by: gameboy366 on May 26, 2018, 08:34:55 AM @gameboy266: Do you get your electricity from government or some factory ? Is electricity constant 24/7 ? I mean that is not possible with govt. electricity or you would need backup generators. Can you elaborate about this power station. Thanks. We have a small power station, support up to 300 rigs. My friend is running 100 rigs but as power is not good here he has to connect one 2.0KV inverter with two batteries to each of his rig. What is the electricity cost? in $/kwh? Title: Re: My Farm in Vietnam Post by: nad010286 on May 26, 2018, 09:48:30 AM Gameboy, we pay business rate and the power supply is about 98% up. Rarely we have power disruption. Maybe 1 a moth or less.
Im looking for global funding to scale up the mining business. Any idea? The average cost for each rig is $88, including electricity, 24/7 monitoring, maintenance (dust cleaning) yeah, RX series is the best in ETH/ETC with the price is not too expensive. I have a few rigs but not as many as you have, whether with such a mining rig is still profitable today or we can call that profit decline. |
