$100 USD via BTC bounty to be paid to the first person that captures a screenshot of the above banner being waved on FOX (or livestream) during Super Bowl XLVIII at MetLife Stadium on Feb. 2, 2014.

Your post in this thread can't be edited more than 60 seconds after it was first posted, whereupon it's possible you could be nudged out from claiming the bounty by less than a minute.

Deadline for posting is exactly 10 minutes after the end of the game (overtime included), thus it's possible that the full bounty may not be paid out. A $25 USD via BTC bounty will be paid out to the first person captioning an image of the video after the official deadline has passed.

For all practical purposes, the banner must be readable, i.e. no long shots of which the banner is somewhat seen. Ideally, we're looking for a closeup where it takes up more than 51% of the viewing screen when it aired live.

As in the past, this bounty will be judged fairly.

Just an FYI I will be in one of the endzones, pretty dead center behind the goalposts in the first 15 rows, so there is a very good possibility that the banner will be visible during field goals and PATs.

Claiming this bounty just got a little bit easier! I wonder if Walgreens is open till ten, for I'm outta something.

Good luck to all who are planning on trying to claim this bounty come Sunday.

Important Update: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=442864.msg4877109#msg4877109

Given the above, it now looks like it's more probable that this bounty WILL be paid out come no later than Monday.

Good luck, all.

Good news update: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=442864.msg4893851#msg4893851

quick stupid question, what would be the best way to post the picture?

Not stupid, bud!

Post it in this thread, for it's its time stamp I'm using to determine the winner.

I suggest having a reply to this thread already queued.

While watching the game and having TEVO, e.g., engaged, rewind when you see a close-up shot of the banner. Snap a pic of it, of which you probably have cropped in your TV screen.

Download the pic on the cloud, linking it to your post that's already queued.

This is one way I would try to win this race, of which I'm sure there's other more streamline approaches, for I'm not a geek in this regard--I'm a goat guy.  ;D

Hope this reply helps you and others, bud.

Sad news: The banner was not able to make it pass security, thus this bounty is now null and void, for it'll be impossible to capture it during the Super Bowl since it's outside MetLife Stadium.

Just wanted to give a heads-up to all those watching the game hoping to get a glimpse of an event that won't happen.

Thanks, all, for taken your valuable time to participate.

MetLife Stadium Guest Services Hotline    201-559-1515

Looks like vehicles were subject to search too, so he needed to have sewn the grommets into his jacket liner even before he got there... http://www.metlifestadium.com/guest-services/guest-policies

Since it was likely confiscated, he needs to get it from security immediately after the game, and run to where the cameras are to get in the background of the live shots.

Unless I missed a commercial or two, none that I viewed gave me a chuckle. The lamest I've seen in decades, and so many repeats, all of which paying $4M for a 30 second slot to get their lameness viewed.
