Ive been gpu mining since around (late 2011 / early 2012) and now considering leasing my rig. For rig leasing I'm considering following terms that I hope are fair terms: Any downtime will be rounded up to the next quarter hour and added to the renting time + 1 quarter hour for the inconvenience.
