Please if you received this type of message does it mean you are permanently banned.

Sorry PETER2680, your account has been banned by one of the forum moderator, you will not be able to post or comment on this forum, If you may appeal message this links. And also I received a mail in which I see that one of my comment in off topic leads to my ban. So please I need your help to know if the banned will be lifted up and my account will be reinstated or not.

Also if there is any thing to do, pls help me out I am just a novice of this platform just register 6 days ago. Pls helps me sir?/ma.
