Title: 240v wiring for mining rigs, 3-wire or 4 wire?
Post by: seriouscoin on January 27, 2014, 02:50:29 PM
I just realized that for 240v wiring we have 2 type. 3-wire and 4 wire

Anyone with experience please explain whats the difference and which type of wiring for mining rigs (using ATX PSUs) ?

Thanks

I found an answer for anyone thats curious, its a 3 wire type. Seems obvious at first but i want to be sure. Also i heard some big server PSU use 4 wire s. But all PSUs i'm using will be 3 wires.

Its also easier to wire.
