Post by: qmclak on May 30, 2018, 07:11:13 AM
Hello Everyone

I'd like to share some trading tips for beginners.

When I start investing on cryptocurrencies I only use few dollars.First time I have invested 0.008btc (6400ETN)on Electroneum ICO.And when electroneum gets listed on cryptopia I sell my ETN at 0.00001200sat each ( 0.0768BTC) My money was doubled many times over.So after I sold my 6400ETN at 0.0768BTC I bought some undervalued coins like XLM,XVG,XBY,DGB.I diversify my porffolio for each of them.So far I have earn a lot from these coins multiples times.I bought XLM at 300sats,XBY at 250sats,XVG at 200sats and DGB at 150sats.See much profit I get now.But I'll suggests it's safer for beginners to hodl.Buy and Hodl.I hope my tips could help for beginners.

Trader’s viewpoint:

I suggest, you should have actual analysis base on facts and concrete evidences that will show a fluctuation of trades, otherwise it is all bullsh*t. There are long game e.g., 40% Long-Term, 25% Mid-Term, and 35% on-hand currency for quick flips. If you are looking to capitalize on small percentage gains (1-10%) by trading a lot with a decent amount of bitcoin, there are coins designed for just that purpose (do your research). As for those short-term 5,000%+ gains, ironically, that requires a bit mid-term strategy. I do not usually advice putting a bunch of coins on these all at once; you will likely lose your money or scare off the pumpers. Accrue gradually with small amounts that will not make the price fluctuate much and keep in silent, the more people you let know about it will likely smashup your investment, best to do these so you know whether it's stable enough, observe.

If you see pump activities, put more on right price before it takes off. When those coins that are going to sprout up in the next couple of days, most are nearly impossible to tell with more than an hourly notice, you pretty much have to stay ready and always observe the markets for coins that were not on the radar beforehand. Remember to never set single sell walls; divide it up on multiple prices, the lower the amount on each price the higher probabilities you have of it being sold. Try to stay under 0.10btc per price on high volume coins and 0.05btc on lower volume coins, might suggest spreading them out deliberately for you to regain your original investments early on and still have free coins to play with.

Nice example, man!
It seems that you have either excellent intuition, good knowledge and training, or good advisers.
Or at once all together.

hodl.Buy and Hodl.
Nice tips you got there but I strongly suggest beginners to not only buy and hold because buying and holding is not the best option all the time(specially if the one you bought is a scam coin that will be a shitcoin soon). My advice for beginners is to buy and hold only when market is in the red and if the certain coin you want to buy has potential for growth.

What an inspiring you have got in trading, buddy. I am also a beginner in trading and have just invested money from joining in a signature campaign and do a trading with my earning. I must say that your experience may influence and encourage most of us  to not just stick to one to two coins only, but to diversify it by buying some potentially coins that may benefit us in the right time. But just like theyoungmillionare said which I may agreed upon to, dividing your investments into long term and short term hodlings were very useful in gaining target profits.

Well, those selected coins really went good when the green market happen end of  last year, the coins which really grows a lots and bring patience investors a huge profits, your story might inspire newbies but I just wanted to give some thoughts that it's not always be like that, we can buy and follow
coins that we think that can be successful after some time, just need to make sure about the project usage and the developers intention for the future of
the project.,

The time to buy into the altcoin is very important, in addition to the selection of good coin also determines the success of the investment. When I first started to participate in this market, I advised investors to invest only a little money to learn the experience, once you have grasped the rules of the market invest more.

BUY and HOLD is one of the best (if not the best) thing to do here in crypto. Why? Cryptocurrency is volatile enough to rise and to fall---gain and  loss---to increase and to decrease in just a short span of time. But if you're going to buy and hold token/coin, you should buy and hold a token/coin that has potential or that is already on the market and currently active

Might as well, trade on high-volumed exchange. An active and high-volumed market is the best spot, for me.

Cool story. I hope you put inspiration on others who wants to get their hands "dirty" on crypto trading. I have the same strategy as your before, I bought a coins around $60 that time and soon it was pumped hard and my money was doubled in about 3-4 days!!! I said to myself that indeed there's a lot of money to be made here. So I sold everything that time at at $120 I spread it out on undervalued coins and sell when I doubled or tripled my investments. Maybe we just got lucky and bought coins that gets pump, but I also suggest to study further on the coins that you wanted to invest because not everyone can have a success story.

Holding tight of your cryptos in long term is really a great idea, but only for cryptos that is having a high potential to create a greater value in the future. Before you hold with your cryptos, just make sure that you have the crypto that is highly potentially to avoid of losing to much money and wasting time as well.

Cool :o! That's already a lot of money dude, congratulations. I also bought $1 worth of electroneum (around 100 etn) during its crowdsale before and now just stock on my wallet waiting for the price to soar high before withdrawal. I hope I can also be able to make profits as large as yours.
But I'll suggests it's safer for beginners to hodl.Buy and Hodl.I hope my tips could help for beginners.
I'll agree with you. They should first start from the basic and take step by step process because jumping into a harder stuff might cause losses. So for beginners out there, study and familiarize first the surrounding you are dealing with.

Trading with those undervalued coins are also comes with more risk because many coins will never recover after its fall so we need to be very picky while choosing the coins to invest but short term trading is very good way to earn money but it also needs lot of efforts and research to be a successful person.Or it will be better to go with long term hold on the reputed coins.

Your strategy would of worked throughout 2017 or so but lately it's not so easy.

Problems now is that since BTC dropped so much people are afraid of investing. Also there are issues with SEC and regulations and many are afraid to invest in ICOs because they might lose value because they are treated as securities.

Another issue is that every day there are tons of new coins and it's hard to predict which one will make it big. You got very lucky with ETN but right now which coin do you think is the next ETN?

Exchanges are bombarded with new visitors and are also busy doing KYC and they rarely list any new small cap coins. So it's very rare to buy a small cap coin with a market cap of like $1 million and watch it go up to $100-250 million within a couple weeks.

How difficult is it to transfer between multiple currencies in a short amount of time or do I have to convert each coin into another to trade each time? I've heard of something called a Multi Fork being introduced by a coin called Bitcoin Origin. How would that even work?

A good experience you have shared, congratulations but ETN was the great ICO in a list of few good ICOs and the earning was great no doubt and other experience is also good you have shared, I appreciate the strategy and the way how this person earned from different trade it is good criteria which coins is below than the price buy it after watching their previous candles and market trend and you can earn good profit in return,

You guide will help the beginner. And you have some good points.Good one is
1.The beginners can start a trade with small amount first.
2.Holding is the best one for beginners.
3.We have keep the holding, till the price of holding raise maximum. Then only we will get double of the investments.

OP, it's very good that you diversified your portfolio, a lot people tend to focus on one or two coins which is very bad because you may loose all your invested money if not careful.

I agree holding is a good strategy but you need to be careful which coins you hold. How about telling us about some of the coins you held and went bust? This will be a good eye opener for many newbies.

Correct. Do not waste time in looking at the price. It will just stress you out.
Just buy and hodl and keep on doing it.
Patient people will be the winners here and I guess you found that out.
I have been in trading for most of the time and I can say I have done so much error with the time I sell and also buy. I forgot to HODL for a week or a month and that made sense to me. You will have to rest too and you cannot do much if there is no fluctuation.

It's only about the time, if you start faster, you will learn faster and know what trading is. The main technique maybe just want to give you advice to invest in bitcoin or another top coin that lead you to long term investment. You can start by invest on bitcoin. If you known what trading is, then you can try what daily trading is slowly.

That is right, it is a matter of time and how we are going to let our self do trading, we just need to make it a habit to learn new things especially in it, if not then we would be having a hard time doing trading at all, so before investing we need to invest time first.

Buying Bitcoin is a good start to enter the market as it is less risky for your investment. I advise newbies to invest some money in the beginning because it's time to learn from experience in this market, once you know the rules of the market, invest more. Have a detailed investment plan to stay active in the market.

Doubling your money in 3-4 days and doubled or tippled the value of your money after that is luck. It just happened hat you bought the right coin at the right time and sold it at the right time as well. Trading is more on timing, analysis and luck.

If you see a coin that is being pumped, don't bother to follow or buy and join the ride because it might be too late when you buy. Its correct that you look for those hidden gems, look for those who are currently under valued and set Sell order with an achievable profit and wait for it. As I've always said on my previous post, going with 2% to 3% profits in a day is better than waiting for 30%-50% profit but takes more than a month to achieve and its risky.

Its very important to lock some profit to the fiat, because all crypto has high fluctuacion. After make huge profit for the better dont be greedy and withdraw some profit to the fiat and keep some of them to USDT for buy others coin when any good moment for that.

This is a great tips for beginners, don't listen to the noise easily without realizing the real situation of the market. Buying low and selling high is an easiest thing to do with the market, but since this market is highly volatile you emotion can be crucial. Be patient, and don't rush to have some profit especially in a dumping market.

These are not useful tips on how to trade safe. You're just throwing some coin names in here. How did you know that these coins where undervalued? If this should help people who are new into trading describe your analysis and methods.
It's right that you only should start trading with a minimum amount of money which you can afford to lose.
But instead of going through all the technical analysis stuff before you trade, some basic understanding of overbought and oversold market conditions would be good, you as a newbie could also start with swing trading and simple crossover strategies. That's what most people start with and then they learn more and more about TA, market cycles, sentiment etc. the longer they are into trading. This is learning by doing.

Wow! This is very helpful. Thank you for sharing this knowledge to us!

Of course what you described there is good, but I think in real life it does not happen. Well maybe that could happen in 2017, if you started investing until November 2017. Now it is not so easy to get x2 with ICO, moreover, half of those where I invested have not yet listed to exchanges. By the way, I doubt you left the game so easily. All who trade here or on the stock exchange know what a habit of the game is formed. It is simply impossible to leave. You can came into the game easy, but to come out without losses is obtained very rarely. Plus for beginners it is unclear why you took these or other coins? What prompted you to buy certain tokens. I think just a list of success is not so useful for beginners.

I don't consider this as a trick or tip this is just your experience on trading but those prices will never come again so it is impossible to make profits like as you made.Investing or trading on thise low value coins are more risky because it is very hard to predict the how the market will goes because some coins will go to moon and others will buried into the gorund so it is just a luck that you picked up the right coins.

Holding ethereum for long term can give us profits but trading with that amount is very good to make some decent money in short term but it is not easy you need skills.First of all choose the coins and then pick the exchange because the price will vary on different exchanges. So go to the coinmarket cap site and then pick the good coins the top ranked coins are best for the beginners and pick the cheap coins if your budget is low.And then choose the exchanges, you can get list on CMC too.

That your experience can affect and encourage most of us to not only stick one to two coins but to diversify by buying some potential coins that can benefit you at the right time. But as they say, you can agree, divide your long-term and short-term investments are very useful in gaining targeted profits. Well the selected coins really went well when the green market happened late last year, the coins that really grew a lot and brought the investor a huge profit patience.

The coin of any kind that you will start to do the most important trading activity is you must be more selective in choosing coins that have good potential for trading. so I mean you should do some research first before starting trading activity other than that of course you should start with small amount so your risk will not be too big.

I admire your buying strategy in ICOs. The only risk part is when the ICO turned out to be a scam. Or did not met the target softcap. I am planning to join a crowdsale , still thinking what ICO to join. First it must be top rated in ICO bench, Icorating. Next a visible team that show themselves in a press conference.

It's only about the time, if you start faster, you will learn faster and know what trading is. The main technique maybe just want to give you advice to invest in bitcoin or another top coin that lead you to long term investment. You can start by invest on bitcoin. If you known what trading is, then you can try what daily trading is slowly.
Buying Bitcoin is a good start to enter the market as it is less risky for your investment. I advise newbies to invest some money in the beginning because it's time to learn from experience in this market, once you know the rules of the market, invest more. Have a detailed investment plan to stay active in the market.
But before directly investing money in something like this, better is to go home and research properly about what to do and how to do the things. The best thing about this amazing coin is, it will not let you down if you are not willing to do so. This is best friendly coin and you can make hundreds of buck from it in such a short time period. But for that, you must be learning what it is.

thanks for the usefull guide, going to follow this.
You should not be following without some knowledge on how to use at least some of the momentum indicators. The mistake a lot of people make is that once they get to read things like this, they just assume all of a sudden that there is a huge possibility for them to make a lot of money easily from trading by just buying low and selling high, but at the same time, you really want to know what exactly is the low and when is the high to be able to make good decision and know when you are either getting in or out of the market and when you should indeed be stopping loss.

It is always necessary to know when a coin is undervalued or oversold as that requires some knowledge to be able to do so. It is one thing to want to do the long term style of trading and it is another thing to know exactly what you are doing and you really do not want to be buying a coin or token at the top, thinking you are buying at the bottom. However, it is good you have found your own strategy and it is working for you.

Nice trading idea. ICOs are said to be not good of late, but if one can make a good research into the market he might end up with a good ICO which in few months will double or triple his profit after the project get enlisted.

That's great, thank you for your tips but I will also share my thoughts about this I think it will depends on the coins/tokens you were buying/holding I've been holding two coins and up until now it shows no sign of increasing. My opinion if you are buying tokens at the bearish market look or the coins that has the most legit potential coins. Have some knowledge.

Looking at prices every now and then is only going to wear you out and make you sick and this is the reason I personally do not like day trading or some quick short term trading. I am not looking to make huge money in the market and give my brain some sickness but I always prefer sticking with trend and making an easy trade where I am making most of the time a huge profit at the end. For beginners though, I always advise them to stay away from day trading, as they simply will find it hard to cope and may actually make a lot of mistake and get to involve emotions.

As a beginner, the first one that one must do is to actually know the basics of trading before entering into any trading analysis such as fundamental analysis, technical analysis and trading strategies. Sometimes, the trend in the market can actually be explained by just knowing the basics. Moreover, beginners should always put in their minds to always view the market as it is, to avoid getting greedy in terms of earning profits and also, always trade with confidence by staying in your own objectives.

NOTE: Really important is to know the basic first and know the psychology of traders. It helped me a lot when I was just starting out.

You are asking a very good question. It is easy for my friend to think that a tedder's first technique is technic Enileysi Kanana. If a tedder is better trained technician Enilees, then it will be very easy to tide. There are those who, in new condition, see the price of coins above or below. That's what works like now, but if you're a professional tedder, then technically Enilees must learn from him. The volume of coins that will be on the market any new coins thakeara not much better kinai good.

But I don't trade Electroneum often instead I concentrate on Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, Dash, and Zcash. Hope this method and guide will work on all these coins also and let me know if there is any kind of update on this strategy. I would like to share my feedback soon on this strategy. This strategy can really be stronger if it is applied with strong money management tricks for day trading and swing trading separately.

In as much as this your method sounds inspiring for the newbies, it is important to note that this approach or practice in crypto trading totally lacked any professional experience or analysis as it was all based on luck and not based on any study of the price indication or technical analysis and so the result will vary considerably, except there was but you didn't indicate that on your writing. There are several occasions where this method would lead to serious losses or otherwise keep the trader in the market for several months before he could even see his capital back. Everyone should know that there is always fluctuations in cryptocurrency prices that can affect your trade in the same way.

3. If must pay money to invest, see the future of the market then buy

Altcoin trading is better to go to make huge profits but it will not be suitable for someone who is totally new to crypto trading because these are gard to predict and the data available for analysis also very small so altcoin trading is like an gambling.

Well, those selected coins really went good when the green market happen end of  last year, the coins which really grows a lots and bring patience investors a huge profits, your story might inspire newbies but I just wanted to give some thoughts that it's not always be like that, we can buy and follow
coins that we think that can be successful after some time, just need to make sure about the project usage and the developers intention for the future of
the project.,
It is one thing to be lucky trading an uptrend while buying dip but what the OP has shared is more of a long term trade and never mentioned any strategy except looking for undervalued coins.

Sometimes, a coin can stay undervalued or over sold for a long period of time, and keep going lower as the case may be most especially with this high volatile market for mostly altcoins, and you really want to know exactly what you are doing as a trader and how well you have planned you entry and exit and stop losses even before entering a position.

Focusing on a coin does not really make you stupid; it just depends on what you can handle at once. Some people really cannot monitor a lot of coins at the same time and they try as much as possible to limit the number. However, for someone who may actually be a trend follower, it makes it easy to be able to diversify your folio and be able to manage as much as you can as possible. Holding is a good strategy though, only if you have been able to buy at a historical dip of any coin but not when there is a possibility of room for the coin to go lower.

Nice example, man!
It seems that you have either excellent intuition, good knowledge and training, or good advisers.
Or at once all together.
It is a nice example, but without strategy and a concrete one than just buying low and selling high, it is just a matter of time, before that would catch up. There are sometimes you may need to be very careful and analyze the market very well before even considering entering any trade so you do not end up buying, not planning for any possibility of further downtrend and just relax without stopping loss. That would make it suck for anyone that think as the OP said it, it is as just easy as it sounds.

Buying and selling is the most important thing for traders because you can make a profit when the market goes up and down. To identify a good buy and sell area, you need to learn how to do technical analysis. You can apply knowledge from the Forex market or stock market for reference in this market.

This a quite a good strategy. This is a good example of taking a slower pace rather that going all in and the losing so much patience. Because the amount you are risking is not that much, the stress you have is very easy to handle and your okay if you lose because you are after the experience.

Nice trading idea. ICOs are said to be not good of late, but if one can make a good research into the market he might end up with a good ICO which in few months will double or triple his profit after the project get enlisted.
In trading, the beginners are required to have good knowledge about the technology and about the market. Also the information of long term and short term investment is very important because many Bitcoin billionaires have been long term investors. Besides, the ability to evaluate a good coin from the market and the decision making power whether to hold or sell has been crucial in the profit maximization quest.

By investing time, that is time to learn, time to practice small no matter how long it takes you. I was reading an article of a well-known trader recently and he said the mistakes newbie traders always make is that after learning, they always believe that is it and they are ready for the real time trade, but that is actually when the learning starts.

You need to take it easy and not start giving yourself the idea that you want to start getting rich immediately, otherwise, you will be making grave mistake. Take your time, practice what you have learned with small or no real fund, and make sure you are good and ready.

For beginners, the best tips is to buy and hold. Day trading is for experienced traders who know much about the system. For beginners, the best to do is hold coins for a very good price then sell it.

Last year short time investors also become milliners and many newcomers invested when the bull market was started and sold coins at ATH and made a profit.

having knowledge of tech and market is much needed but don't think that is enough to start trading you must practice well and learn how to handle when the market goes red. controlling your greediness is most important in trading and you should be patience.

Thank you for presenting a beautiful theme first. I am also a new trader, some days I exchange bitcoin and other currency. I liked your method. I will try to follow it.
and if my input you make for a good trade it for beginners buy cheap coin altcoin and you wait for the coin goes up you will also be able to understand how to trade good too. because most beginners are at a loss of lust in buying coins with a very expensive price .. and most importantly it has much to learn and learn
Even if you are buying cheap altcoins, won't you want to know the position at which you are buying them or won't you want to be careful you are actually making a good decision and not buying at the peak while looking at higher time frame only to find yourself losing a lot ?

It is one thing to buy cheap altcoin based on the short term retracement and it is another thing to know when to make quick decisions like stop loss in the market. I always advise any new trader to stick with longer time frames when they are just starting but still with some pretty good knowledge to be able to form a good strategy that can work for them.

Typically, the volatility of the crypto currency is calculated within a specific period, as in the example above. The period can be any - week, month, year. But for a period of less than a month, few expect it, because during, say, a week the rate can only grow or fall. On the basis of monthly volatility, one can already draw conclusions, but more often volatility is taken for forecasting or trading strategies in a few months or a year.

I wish most of the newbies will know this. It is funny that with this kind of OP, a lot of people always feel it is just as easy and simple as it sounds but there are so many things to look out for when buying into a market and what to look out for, when planning to get out of the market, but it is just funny that a lot of people do not get that, but they just believe that buy low, sell high will usually do the trick until they lose a lot and they start consoling themselves with getting patient.

Yes it is good to be well skilled and have good knowledge about trading only this way you will earn good amount of profit, even if you trade right now, for new users it is very important to know the time of selling and time of buying, it is good to trade when the price will be high and buy when the price will be low trading with unknown coin is not good way of trading so better to choose well known crypto currency which is of course bitcoin only.

The coin of any kind that you will start to do the most important trading activity is you must be more selective in choosing coins that have good potential for trading. so I mean you should do some research first before starting trading activity other than that of course you should start with small amount so your risk will not be too big.
In order to make your trading absolute we need to apply the rules in the light of guiding principles which will make our way straight and safe. On the other hand if we do not obey the guiding principles and rules we will face with difficulties and bad situations, now be safe and continue trading with Bitcoin as it is the most valuable one and the most responsive one.

In order to perform and want an absolute trading you must need to follow the basic market rules and other guiding principles according to the present market eternal conditions. Almost all the strategies are accurate and relevant but not all are relevant for a specific market condition and you will need to follow one strategy for the market conditions. Always choose a valuable coin and hold it for long term as well in order to reach at the maximum profit.

Even after learning, it is needed to start small, get good at what you do and then see if you can go in a little bit bigger. Trading requires patience in getting good at, and those who rush always do not get to tell a good story.

Don't invest in the crypto currency all the savings or take out loans, which, sooner or later, will have to be paid back. Trading the last money can be too risky . Take into account that hasty decisions will lead to inevitable losses.

Title: Re: Trading Tips for Beginners

My tips:
1. See the project or coins you wanna invest then analyse them
2. If available, do bounty campains to get free tokens. It's easy to do and nothing to lose, except tine.
3. If must pay money to invest, see the future of the market then buy
This is even a very important thing for everyone in the space either as an investor (short or long term) or as a trader. Altcoins when traded well can actually give huge profits, but like I said, when traded well, and the problem also comes because they can be highly volatile which makes the possibility of also losing a lot there.

Every trader must know how to follow market trend in trading at any point of times as that simply helps a whole lot. If we deviate from the market trend then finding successful trades are becoming too hard. Whenever we will be sticking within trend then we can easily make good profits.

For a new trader it is even very important to learn the use of indicators, know how to study the market movement before making any decision and this would help most people to take calculative decisions than just buying and selling anywhere they want. Everyone wants to become a trader since they have heard you can be making a lot, but not everyone wants to learn and this is the reason why there would be more people losing a lot at the end of the day. Learning must be the first part of trading because that alone will ensure successful trading career. When we are unable to allocate time for learning, it would be much better staying away from trading completely.

A beginner must continue to learn and never give up if he fails. A failure in trading is an unpleasant thing, but if calculated then it will make us have more and more experience. For a beginner then I strongly advise to be able to trade with minimal money, the initial goal is we are not to seek profit because at this early stage we specify is an experience and also skill.

With good experience and skill then we can start trading with much better, success will be getting closer and we are all on track to achieve a much better life.

I strongly advise beginners to not only buy and hold because buying and holding is not the best option at all times especially if the one you buy is a scam coin that will become a shitcoin. My advice for beginners is to buy and hold only when the market is in red and if the particular coin you want to buy has the potential for growth. Remember to never set up a single sell wall divide by multiple prices, the lower the amount at each price, the probability that the higher you have will you sold.

Hello
I'm newbi. Thank you for your advice

I think when the coins will grow in the next few days, it's almost impossible to tell with more than one notice every hour, you pretty much have to stay ready and always watch the market for coins that were not on the previous radar. . Remember to never organize single sell walls; divide by several prices, the lower the amount at each price, the higher probability that you have will be sold. Try to stay below 0.10btc per price on high-volume coins and 0.05 btc on lower-volume coins, might suggest to spread it intentionally so that you get your initial investment back early and still have free coins to play.
I suggest, you should have an actual analytical base on facts and concrete evidence that will show fluctuations in trade, if not all of them are nonsense. There are long games for example, 40% Long Term, 25% Medium Term, and 35% currency in hand for quick flipping. If you are looking to take advantage of a small percentage (1-10%) profit with many trades with a decent amount of bitcoin, there are coins designed for that purpose only (do your research). The short-term + 5000% gain, ironically, requires a little medium-term strategy. I usually do not recommend putting lots of coins on all of these at once; You may lose your money or frighten the pump. Accumulating gradually with small amounts that will not make the price fluctuate a lot and keep silent, the more people you tell about it will probably destroy your investment, it's best to do this so you know if it's stable enough, observe.
If you see pump activity, add more at the right price before take off.

Using a few dollars does not matter because if you are really a great trader then you will know when to invest or sell your coins, the reason why most of the traders in the market who are holding a huge amount of coins are just like throwing up their money, is because they cannot take the pressure when the market prices are dumping and they sell their coins at the lowest price.

For a beginner, there should be one only mantra that you should recite before making any move in the cryptocurrency market and if you are not a big whale and then its better to stay away from the volatility, for this reason it is best to start with those coins which have a daily trading volume of at least 100 million.

I believe that if you start trading and enter the market, I believe that in this time you should only invest in the short term, you can see that the market in recent days is constantly fluctuating. And it's hard to predict, so you always need to have a clear transaction plan that complies with your plan so you can reduce the risk.

Have a reason before entering each trade. Target and stop when starting a trade: for each trade we must set a clear target level for taking profit and more importantly, a stop-loss level for cutting losses. A Stop-loss is setting the level of loss where the trade will get closed. Risk Management: little pig eats a lot, big pig gets eaten.

I think OP just was lucky with his investment in Electroneum. I expected price to rise, but not so fast. I`m long-term
holder and I have Electroneum`s for holding. Beginners should now that every short-trade have risks, price don`t do
what we want every time.
