Due to a small budget , we cannot afford for the moment marketing and advertising to make the project succesful. We have a working product ( our own blockchain, investors/supporters can contact us for details) but we lack advertising and marketing to reach the capital needed for licenses. I think you all know that for a project to be successful it need a strong PR to really get the word out there regarding your project. And I'm sure that no one will really help you out if you don't pay people, so I will say that you will have a hard time promoting your project here. Why don't you offer like tokens if ever someone is willing to do that task for you? We are experienced but we need financial support for marketing as for a project like this is very expensive.
