Can you not think for yourself? Making a post just to get merit isn't really the way to go as it's likely not going to useful to anyone unless you thoroughly research the topic or already know a great deal about it.

im expecting a reply like this from a person like you. You don't know what my intention is and already jumping conclusion into "making post just to get merit".
Im asking a simple question or asking a favor just for contents, If you can see my rank "Jr. Member" it will explain a lot that im new here and want to know some more.
If asking in this section is not valid then maybe im in the wrong section?

If someone had a suggestion for an interesting post, they would post it themselves.

How about you go out and find something that...wait for it... you find interesting, and then post about it.

Hell, even if you are just wondering something, ask the question.

Instead of posting I suggest taking some time to read the forum or any crypto news sites and find/learn something for yourself.

Gonna make it extraordinary

Judging by this post, I highly doubt it.

Alright. Enlighten me. If you aren't looking for an interesting topic to post about then Why do you want someone to give you an interesting idea for you to post then? Or are you asking on how to improve your current posts?

Maybe, your asking for good posts to read about?

Nobody knows what your intention is because your English is barely coherent.

This is nonsensical. Do you want tips on how to make good posts? You want suggestions for what makes an interesting thread? Gonna make it extraordinary? Gonna make what extraordinary?

Interesting contents? Feel the forum like you are in a discussion with your friend and you are very happy to discuss it because it was your favorite topic in a discussion, I'm pretty sure you'll get interested with it.

Don't know why you're asking from other members to suggest a topic to make your post. It's like you're running a radio show which asking their listeners to comment about what song should play :). No man, this is not a radio station and this is Bitcointalk Meta. I think this post really should have posted in "off topic" board.

Anything will be appreciated!
Are you going to post anything? Better to make something that you think which will be helpful to the forum members.

You could write an article on spam, cuz you're clearly a specialist.

At least, that's what I've reported this thread for.

Try these :)

After analyzing 100+ recent and top merited posts, I categorized posts into following Major Categories, which surely wins hearts and merits:

1. Statistical & Analytical Posts
Bring up some facts and figures, people love facts and it’s always helpful to get a quick insight of any thing. (No, I'm not saying you should start analyzing merits, it has been done plenty of times). Remember this is top category to earn merits, spend some time on your data do your own analysis. Always remember search first, if such analysis already available don’t waste your time. Move to something else, #Bitcoin is not limited to circulating supply or market value its a vast system you just need to explore.

2. Technical Posts
After statistical posts Number#2 is technical posts, but try this only if you have expertise in it. Don’t copy paste from google in trying be a scholar. You don't need to be an expert of Bitcoin or Ethereum. There are plenty of other technical sections not only bitcoin or Altcoins but in Project Development many questions are related to Blockchain, programming specific like C++ and JavaScript focus on OP's question and be precise. Do this and if your post don’t get a merit, blame me.

3. Helpful Posts
"You have not lived today until you have done something for someone who can never repay you."
Help someone today, solve someones issue, guide him/her to the solution, be supportive. Even if you don't earn a merit from this, at least you done something right. You can sleep in peace today :)

4. Funny/Critics Post (focused)
Yes people love funny posts but it must be strictly related (to topic) and original. Don’t try to bring top reddit post or most tweeted tweet to bitcointtalk, we have already seen it. So bring your own creation let it be a meme but something new never seen before.

Do you know I AM HODLING (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=375643.0) post is still earning merits today? It's been 5 years and this is one of the most merited post on the bitcointalk?

I checked your past posts and you are doing fine. However, when you post anything like this thread, be prepared for some attention and serious analysis of your profile.

Well, what you're asking is kind of a silly question.  You can take a look at some of the members here who've earned the most merit, and you should try to emulate them.  What constitutes a good post varies by section, of course, but my suggestion to you would be to be a little more diligent with your use of the English language.  Your skill doesn't seem to be too bad, but from what you've written here it seems like you're sloppy with punctuation and capitalization.  Don't treat posts here like text messages, because it's annoying when people do that.

I've corrected some things in the above quoted post.  It might look like I'm a grammar nazi, but I'm telling you....these things count when it comes to making good posts.  I don't like to read things that look like they were written by someone who doesn't give a shit about what they're writing.  So good luck, and I'd say at least you're trying to improve.

Indeed.  When you ask for criticism on this forum, be prepared for a street fight.

Give the update information actual and giving new knowledge to reader. Don't always make context that have other people made before it can be a scam. There are very many contexts that innovate in this forum so it deserve to get merit. Take example from that others people.
