Starting Jan 2018, on 6th every month bitcoin starts a new trend up or down. It's on down trend since 6th last month, will it change after tomorrow and go up again? Can BTC go upto 9500 this month?

Great analysis! I noticed in March. My personal opinion that this month will be an uptrend for Bitcoin, but I don't believe that it will reach 9500, I expect it to go 8500 maybe 8800, but not higher.

Well, no matter what is the exact date it will be trend up because the most important is it will going to rising up again this month because it's been too long that we are experiencing downfall so maybe this month it will be the perfect and better time to us which is we can experiencing pump again. So don't loose hope and patiently wait.

Actually we cannot ever predict exactly what will be happen in the near future but thinking positive and gives a good predictions can help to us to have a much strong believe and trust to this system. Everybody's hoping that it will be pump again because some of us are do panic and nervous again because in what they saw in the market. I think that this month is become better to us and makes a better movements in the market. So let's keep our eyes in the market and we will see again the green color there.

LOL. Everything is just a coincidence, although we can learn from its past historical graph, but it doesn't mean that it will be applicable in present time. First, you have to understand that the market is based on pure speculation, which means its really unpredictable. Although we want it to see and make a break out run on the 6th of every month or whatever, it doesn't work that way. The price is based on supply and demand and the overall sentiments of the investors. If there's some positive news then obviously we will see the price going up, however, most of the time there's a lot of entities from behind who really loves to create panic and FUD and pull the price down so that they will have a good position. So I would say that we have a 50/50 to see the price going to $9500 or even more at the end of the month.

It seems to me that they are invented. I think that bitcoin can grow on any given day. And also it can fall any day.

That is a very good observation to take note. Though I have not been keenly looking at it from the date angle as you have just spotted the 6th of every June. Nonetheless, everybody's expectation with the various predictions geared towards BTC value upsurge by this month of June . The value had not been very comfortable for us all, over few months now, though witnessing range of stability to outweigh all FUDs and blockages from externalities. But I also feel it's high time for it to hike, but I presumed that it might not be as high as $9,500, may be something nearer my opinion. With our optimism, Bitcoin shall surge up soon.

I am sure with all the FUD settling down, countries working towards regulations, rules/norms are being formed, I see a mid-term or long-term uptrend in the future with more visibility and acceptance.

However, it is an interesting view to look at dates (as mentioned 6th). The market is not that predictable and all the correlations/permutation combinations are either failing or not exactly moving as expected. A lot of dust needs to settle down before we can zero on the seasonality aspect of Bitcoin. Crypto market is still not matured and we see volatility around the same every day.

For sure it will change again for the better but we don't know exactly it will going to happen. Downfall is very normal things to happen in this system but the most important is that after a downfall there are always be a rising up happened so it means nothings to be worried because all of the difficulties are can be fix by this system. I think that this month will be good for us and hopefully that bitcoin will performing better again and gives a higher movements.

It really depends on the movement of bitcoin. There could be times that it might be the way you're talking to. Because based on history of bitcoin, 6th of months might be very special.

Actually the whole thing is unpredictable. It is difficult to say exactly what will happen in the near future, but positive thinking and good predictions are very much helpful to get a stronger believe towards this whole system. Every month bitcoin starts a new trend up or down, so we should not loose hope and wait patiently with a positive mind.

this was an interesting theory and it was discussed by a couple of other users in speculation board also but the problem is that there is a lot of exceptions to this "trend" that doesn't make it look like a trend at all. for instance you can see the 6th of this month is already past but we didn't have any kind of reversal yet.

What happend in 6th date its miracle. But this time it might not be the same date againg because bitcoin can fall and grow anytime there is no specific time or date. But definitely it can grow any date of this month.

for example in April trend reversed on 12th of April and as you can see from this month today is already 8th (2 days past) and the trend has not yet changed.

try to never get caught up in things like this. you will be disappointed because there is no reason for them to happen.

$9500 is really possible to happen to bitcoin for this month of june 2018. Because for me the highest price of the butcoin for this month probably $15,000 and I think it will increase more the price after this month. That event have big effect on the price of the bitcoin. I hope the price will continue to increase again.

I have not recognize this and if this is true then one has to study this and make an informed business decision that will makes us taking more profit from the market than loss.  Bitcoin should go up from now base on my own analysis. To actually succeed in this market one needs this kind of information and making trading decision without much fear.

The current scenario is fluctuating continuously so we don't decide it will reach 9.5k USD in this month. But this year definitely it will going to moon so end of the year it will reach more than 20k USD is possible. My suggestion is we should expect big pump it will not reach so we can expect smaller we will get higher profit.

I didn't even noticed about the dates when bitcoin goes up or down and I don't really think if there's something special with this number.

whenever you find a weird thing like this the only important question that you should be asking yourself is this: why does this trend exist?

if you can't come up with a logical explanation then it must be just a coincidence.
in case of "6th date" there is no reason for it to be any different than any other day of the month so it must be just a coincidence.

Well, it seems that you did a good analysis. I think yes bitcoin can grow up again and I believe that it can go upto $9500 in this month.

haha,,, maybe that's just the truth, bro. I think the trend of falling prices is not pegged every six months as you mean. of course this month will be the turning point for bitcoin prices to go back up to previous prices. the price on the graph is trying to break the price at $ 8000. If $ 8000 can be broken easily, let alone the $ 9,500 you mean, it's likely to exceed it. we just need to be patient and continue to help the market pump prices by providing positive support.

If your speculation is true then Bitcoin will meet $9,000 or more by this month but i think its just coincidence in which the movement of Bitcoin will always depend on real demand of the investors or also known as law of supply and demand. Bitcoin price of very unpredictable and so the will of the investors that they cannot be dictate to invest only during the 6th day of every month. :D

yes i believe as well because actually mate $9500 is not really impossible to reach again on this month even there are some causes that always block bitcoin progress  'cause as we see as of now the market value is seems to start to pump back again because it's showing green nowadays. Which is a big sign that soon the growth rate will stabilize again.  

Well you have a great analysis and you made a right verdict that it will grow on 6th of month but didnt get to reach $9,500 but its enough for us to gain even a little when the price grows 300$ .

If this trend happens monthly we can generate earning for buying before the date and selling after that small profit but if you put big capital then bigger gains too

I don't think so because we can't sure that the bitcoin will be increase like last year. I think we need some more weeks or months before we see the increase price of bitcoin.

Hoping it will go in that way this month but we have to expect the unpredictable state of bitcoin right now the way it teases the fluctuations like it never intends to reveal when and how the price flow happens, $9.5k is reasonable if we can see the $8k price this mid June then we can strike back to 9k by the end of the month aiming for the 10k comeback but that will always depend on the flow of the market.

Just because something has happened consecutively a number of times and consistently, they just assumed the same pattern will keep repeating itself. I always even consider such things a trap and what could even lead more to panic selling if whales decide to start dumping on the market.

Like you said, it is always important never to get caught up with stuffs like this and rather stick with the trend and I guess the recent incident already proved the importance of not relying on past events in the market to judge the future.

Basically we never use the past to judge any possibility of recent events. The 6th has been mentioned already several times and has been the talk of the news and when everyone is heading in the same direction, which is when you should be careful. The trend is the only thing that can give us exactly what is going to be happening as we forge ahead and so far we have gone past the 6th day with no much show yet, but let's see, we still have a lot of time in our hands to decide what next.

There is a lot possibility bitcoin reaching minimum of $9k this month end. World cup even would certainly uplift the crypto coins values starting July 2018. If this happens then we can really expect bitcoin value to reach minimum $30k by end of December 2018. There are lot chances for this to happen. We have other good news as well. Few adaption would take place and this would in turn help the value grow beside moving towards $30K by end of December 2018.

Interesting to note it. But are you sure of it. Well the past 6 has not been served better with more values but at least held steady standing between $7k to  $8K. Current situation is good to buy more coins for cheaper rates. The bitcoin and other crypto coins values should start growing by end of june so i would advice to buy as many coins as we can. i have bought some coins and is expecting some money to buy EOS tokens.

I can confirm that Bitcoin can not reach $ 9k this month. It is impossible, we can see that the bitcoin is slowly changing, it seems to be going down.

If someone had an answer to this question then this person would be very rich, imagine that this person could make a big loan and buy bitcoin for the current price and then sell when the bitcoin price reaches $9500. then that person would predict the price drop and buy and repeat the same process as many times as he wanted. summing up this person would be the richest in the world. So your answer is obvious: nobody knows, it is possible that it will end this whole year and the price will not reach $ 9500 and the same way it can be possible to arrive at the end of next year without the price reaches  $9500. By that I mean that, it is not because the price of bitcoin reached the $ 19,000 that is destined to reach this price. We can be optimistic and believe that the future will be very positive. But we can never forget that in order to increase in precision, we need more adoption

 - However, the existence of optimism and trust makes price moving towards a breakout.

1. Breakout in the current situation up to 8,500.    2. Additional momentum reaches 10,000.    Or correction levels at 2018 lows "6000$."

this is actually the case. very weak market activity. making btc prices reluctant to experience a drastic increase. so this has been replied that btc may not be able to move to higher prices. the risk will be very large and very vulnerable to investors.

In my own opinion. 6th date does not really matter because there are a lot of different people who are trading in the market and everyone is can affect the market depending on how much they are holding today.

I heard the price is quite increased. It may exceed 10k in future but it'll take time i guess.

Good observation considering that the price of bitcoin is unpredictable. I'm hoping that the price will go up $9500 for this month and we can reach higher at year end.

I think this is either a coincidence or there's some simple explanations, like maybe some big miner sells/buys around 6th because they have to pay the bills or something, or maybe so trader(s) are using automated orders around this date for some reason. Also this pattern is relatively small and big movements happen on other days way more often, to me the volatility looks pretty chaotic without any clear patterns, especially periodic ones.

But the price right now going down it is near by 7500+ price with 3+ percentage low, so i think this month it wont go high but it will be getting dumped on low.

I don’t think it has any relation to the date. It is just a matter of coincidence and its really unpredictable to determine if the prices will go high. But many investors are hoping that the prices will rise by 8k this month.

6th date does not really do anything , the market is always based on supply and demand and that's all matters because people will invest whenever they want and the articles or news they read is also affecting their decisions so there is a huge a chance for market to crash immediately if all of the people believes on a fake news.

   It`s just new dip! It`s how trading is risky, who bought and waited rise feels awful now. They blame
Bitcoin and everyone else for their mistake, which is believing in everything they see.
   This news about rise on every 6-th passed like a wave trough the forum, but like most of other news
this was probably how news spinning is working. Only one advice now, don`t cut loses, don`t panic, just
be patient and wait.

I guess yes its special for bitcoin based on price few days ago the price of btc was low but nowadays price of btc is increasing but it won’t gonna reach in 9500$ end of this month’s but it will be in good figure based on this it’s the best time for invest in btc.

I don't think this is factual analysis. Do you have any data to back your ascertain. A data of about 6 months to 1 year confirming this will make it a good hypothesis.

Well, its seems to that, personally I can say if thus thing will happen because its really hard to predict the bitcoin price, we all knew that, right? So let's be patient to wait until the bitcoin price is going up again. When it comes to 6th date, its just a coincidence all of us know that anytime bitcoin will up and down. Its a good observation because you are really updated, what goin on in the chart of bitcoin. Hopefully, bitcoin will raise again before this year will end so that bitcoin will recover again and for sure the investor is also waiting it to happen.
