You find a campaign -> you read the rules -> you apply and wait for acceptance/rejection from the campaign manager.
You can go with campaigns that pay with BTC (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0) (none of them are recruiting Jr members right now) or with altcoins (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0).
