Title: Looking for bounty translators to German (ONLY native speakers!)
Post by: Crypto-Gold on June 07, 2018, 07:11:45 PM
Looking for bounty translators to German. ONLY native speakers with advanced level of English. We don’t need translators for 1 or 2 projects, we need qualified and responsible people for collaboration on a long-term basis.  It’s far easier to find customers in a team, that’s why I offer to work together.

I speak English on C2 and am a native German speaker and as a freelancer I do translation work sometimes. But what do you mean about becoming a customer? I expect to be paid not buy from you.

I am not a seller. I am looking for a responsible Team, consisting of NATIVE SPEAKERS, who translate to their native languages. At the beginning, you must be ready to work under bounty conditions (i.e. for tokens of the project after the completion of ICO, for a fixed price or for percentage from the raised funds).

It's definitely easier to find customers when you're backed by a team. But what do you exactly mean be "you must be ready to work under bounty conditions"? Under as in "below" bounty conditions or "for" bounty conditions? It sounds like at the beginning we need to work for less than we'd get in a regular bounty. How will these terms change?

What's the "team" you are referring to? What's your role in here? Are you a bounty manager who is looking for a constant team of translators to translate whitepaper after whitepaper or are you a middle man who acts as an agent for bounty translation campaigns?
