As you cas see cheaters/abusers already started creating multiple accounts to join your nice promo and get advantage of it.

If you really want to reserve the promo to bitcointalk community in fair way I would suggest you to allow to join the promo only people above a certain rank or account registered before a certain reasonable timestamp.

Given that some of the existing BookiePro community has not yet joined Bitcointalk (they exist largely on Telegram, for example), we fully expected that some newbie users would get involved. We have strongly discouraged creating multiple accounts and will be closely monitoring all blockchain activity (attempted BTF transfers, suspicious activity, etc).

We've also reached out to some Legendary/Hero members who've expressed concern, and have talked to others as well.

I got your point and its truly that there are people who arent still able to reach out this forum and directly create new accounts just for the sake of this one. We are just reminding of towards this because there are hundreds of scenarios where a particular promotion been abused by means of multiaccounting. This is not so good for your reputation, your ANN thread should be clean from spam posts so you need to create a new thread at the Games and Rounds board for users to post what you asks to join the competition.

It seems that there are a lot of newbie accounts signing up for the BookiePro competition and most of the accounts are only having 1 activity, there is a very high chance that some of these accounts might be connected to each other in order to take advantage of the promotion.

Everyone is newbie in bookie.

By the way, im having the same problem with Sygambler. I have tried out to download the software back on days but i didnt tend to post out until i saw this complaint which i do say that i experienced the same thing. Internet connection is good,theres no such restriction or blockage but still failed to register and got some error about connection. I really don't understand about much "Lay"...Example: Germany - Mexico, i lay Mexico WIN with odds 100. If Mexico lose, i win? If they draw or win, i lose?

John,if you "lay" you are betting AGAINST a team.....so if you lay Mexico as per your example,should Mexico lose the game or tie the game you win your bet. If Mexico win,then you lose however much you staked against them.

If Mexico are 3.0 (equal to 2/1 in uk betting terms) you lose twice  your stake if they win ,2 for every pound/euro/dollar/btc you "laid" them for, if mexico dont win you keep whatever stake you laid.

There's two sweeps-- one which started from the group stage (which you've missed), and one which starts from the quarter finals in a few days (which you're still eligible for). Provided you've followed the validation instructions you'll be eligible for the quarter finals sweep, and eligible to make it into the top 3 punters (who win btc) for every remaining match.
