Title: A forgotten message from Satoshi Nakamoto
Post by: purgs08 on June 08, 2018, 09:13:13 AM
in 2008, the anonymous programmer (self name Satoshi Nakamoto) wrote an email that reveals the true power of bitcoin:
"Governments are good at cutting off the heads of centrally controlled networks like Napster, but pure P2P networks like Gnutella and Tor seem to be holding their own."

Yes, Satoshi knew that:

( 1 ) whoever controls money also controls the world

( 2 ) only a decentralized money system could have changed this situation

In fact, the Governments have always been afraid of Bitcoin because for the first time ever they're not leading the money game.

Now, 10 years after that email, Bitcoin has become an incredible reality but there's a new and terrible danger in the cryptocurrency world.

This danger relies on one paradox of the Blockchain: the lack of transparency.

Yes, because without transparency frauds and other criminal behaviors can happen, and this can sadly damage a lot of people.

That's why we have created a unique protocol that will bring transparency and accountability to the crypto (and also traditional) space.

This will help preserve and protect the Blockchain and Crypto ecosystem.
And by doing so, people all around the world will gain more trust allowing this great freedom to be preserved: for the first time ever, Governments and bank will no longer dictate the rules of money.

Nice observation.  And I am agreed with you that in the question of transparency, so many people have not yet involved with cryptos. And govt and banks are against it. But I believe time will change and people will be here soon.

Well that has always been the most controversial side of bitcoin. Anonymosity. That's why government are making their way in by regulating bitcoin. This is their way to cut crimes such as drugs and terrorism funding and money laundering. But behind this regulation lies the fact that removing anonymosity would probably help government to tax bitcoin holders, something that not many investors are happy at.

After invention of BTC it changes the concept of trading also he always wanted that no can control the economy system because the money holders are always affect in the market that’s why he created decentralize system which is good for people and no one can control this system.

But the Bitcoin blockchain is transparent. In reality its transparency is becoming a weakness of the coins' fungibility.

Plus if Bitcoin was more anonymous, it would be dangerous for who? I am quite certain that it would not be too dangerous for us. In fact, it's liberating in a world where your online privacy is always violated by the government and the big corporations.

I can't deny that transparency is good. As long as we don't sniff and try to analyze the price movments, which some companies are already doing this today, it is okay. But since some people are doing analysis we have to keep in mind to cover our tracks. As for instance marrketing agencies might target us to buy certain products as with transparency they can see our spending habits, how frequent we buy things and from which vendoers etc. and this is why transparency is not the best either you always have some trade offs

One cannot lie that blockchain have been a great help with the rise and the recent success bitcoin received. However, the lack of transparency for information became a big asset and a big liability to blockchain, as it promotes private transactions but is abused by criminal organizations and entities to relay their illegal funding. If there would be a way to remove this lack of transparency, I'm sure it would be if very great help not only to blockchain but also the cryptocurrency industry.

And why exactly your last sentence is a bad thing? Because you can't run the country, without collecting taxes. It would make taxation system more transparent, because those who try to evade taxes, would have a harder time to do that.
