If anyone knows the admin, tech or someone could you please pass on the word that I have a legit problem here. Not just bitching about a dead blockchain and a coin that can't be moved. This is real world money to me Sad.

Hi
There is not track about this txid http://gastracker.io/tx/0x65345618e3b917910f04caed3bd03a592a8db40178aaace2d0506e94f2493bf0
what is now the status on yobit?
I use yobit to buy some waves and I haven't any problem with deposit/withdraw (their wallet has more 1million of dollar in waves so I guess they can pay quickly any request of funds).
Let me know probably the tx was rejected but normally they use enough gas to cover fees....

It's quite common in yobit, so common that I would definitely label them as a scam at the moment.

It's definitely something on yobit's end, though. If they provided you with a nonexistent TXID, then either it means that they have fabricated the TXID, or there were errors when sending the coins that they haven't fixed/transaction hasn't propagated through the network yet (probably the latter). Either way, only their site admin/management has access to tools to fix that.

Unfortunately, you'll just have to be patient and wait for a response from their crappy support ticket system. There is no one here that has contacts with the admin or anything like that, otherwise, there would be a lot less complaints than there is regarding yobit.

Hopefully you've learned your lesson, though. If you use yobit, prepared to encounter all sorts of issues, and not get a response from support ever.

ask this guy @placebo1977 (https://yobit.net/en/pm/create/placebo1977) for him to get in touch with the yobit chat moderator, you know the yobit chat moderator right? I'm talking about a guy who has a strange name that I can not write, in any case, this guy @placebo1977 (https://yobit.net/en/pm/create/placebo1977) can contact the moderator of yobit chat and the moderator of yobit chat can solve your problem.

It can definitely take much longer than that, so be prepared to have to wait some more or not even get anything back at all.

It seems like that your withdrawal is simply being held by yobit. No other explanation to why you still haven't received anything from them even though your withdrawal is clearly acknowledged by them, judging from that screenshot.

This happens all the time with them, which is why most people will tell you to steer clear of using them altogether. All you can do atm is wait, and send them new tickets every now and then. They are extremely unresponsive on the forum, and will ban you from the trollbox if you complain there, so don't even bother sending PM's or anything like that.

Is there a way to cancel the withdrawal and then put it through again?

I have the same problem because of a deposit which is confirmed on blockchain but received nothing at Yobit. Will never use it again. I hope to get my deposit first. Then, withdraw quickly.

We have to do something. Only issue is that they don't give a damn about their reputation. You go to their twitter page and its full of scam accusations but they don't answer anybody or clarify anything. they just dont care!!

That's not a bad idea, organizing something.  You'd probably find a lot of people who've gotten scammed by them.  Good luck if you do it.

Is it actually possible to earn proof-of-stake coins while they're on an exchange?  Which coin are you talking about?  My technical knowledge of such is pretty lacking, but I thought you had to have coins sitting in a staking wallet in order to earn "interest".  I'm not sure how you got scammed out of whatever POS coins you're talking about.  Are you saying Yobit had them in a staking wallet, earned the interest, and didn't credit it to you?

YEs, yobit don't credit accounts with what they get from POS coins....

I was going to say, "That would be wise" but then you said, "until they..." I'll never go back to someone who stole from me once. Do it once, shame on you, if I give you the possibility to do it twice, shame on me!!

What did you do to get your coins?
Just opened more and more support tickets or another way?
After how many days was the issue resolved?

Hi happy to see your issue is resolved. Can you edit your topic title as
[Resolved] After 16 days
Yobit WITHDRAWAL -- POSSIBLE THEFT BY YOBIT

Probably the worst part of this exchange is their slow support, and a lot issue were solved too late. :(

i open 2 tickets per day, the issue is resolved after 16 days, but now i will never use yobit again.

Good that you learned your lesson.

You actually got lucky because a lot of users are still waiting for yobit to resolve their issues, even though the start of their issue was way before yours. As nwo99 is also curious about, did support respond to you saying that your issue was resolved, or did they just solve it without responding?

It's just not worth the risk to use yobit anymore. There are plenty of better exchanges, especially for a major coin like ETC. You never know what could go wrong with yobit, and when it does go wrong, you get no help whatsoever from the support.

Are there any problems with the withdrawal of coins from the exchange? I recently bought a few thousand coins FNTB, I will have problems with their output to my wallet?

Hi first of all you should check: minimum amount for withdrawal. the commission required. finally take care of their wallet. Maintenance status are never reopened and you can't get your token (just exchange in their platform).
Go to wallet and click: Withdraw on FNTB token.
