What type of account do you need to activate? Some sites accept VOIP numbers such as Twitter. [you can freely activate some accounts using textnow numbers]

Do you need a fake sim or wanna use the other phone number just for verification purposes bro? Kindly confirm it first for understand. Then please confirm which country sim you wanna use for activation purposes.
tip: With out sim card you can activate the facebook account with the outlook email address with the email verification alone. There you do not need to verify the alt email or phone number.

I don't think he wants a sim card, because most countries just give them out free these days. He just wants a virtual sim card/mobile number service he can use to receive activation code once.

getsmscode.com is a site I've used successfully, not sure if it'll work for social media but you can try. Good to keep pesky spam emails from certain one-time services, but bad idea for accounts you intend to use over a long period (these numbers expire).

A couple of dollars in Bitcoin should be enough for credit. NOT vouching for the service at all. Just sharing what I've used.
