hiya,

is the price firm? or are you open to haggling, $300 is a little steep, these sell in the uk for £150 (around 200usd) and there is even one right now on flea bay for 225(USD) with original manual and warranty cards, witch make it much more valuable, not having a pop, just after a bargain if I can :-)

I may be open to negotiation. Please PM me to discuss. I think $300 is fair considering how rarely these show up. Try to spend a few minutes finding examples on line. There aren't many, at any price. The one on eBay is already gone, also mine includes the face replacement stickers which I did not even know existed until I got this unit.

I really like this watch. But do you think it is suited for an every day wear type of thing? Or is this the type of watch you buy and just put away because it's so old

Any expierence with changing the battery

Well it could be either, it really depends what is more important to you. As I understand it people wear this type of watch occasionally just to limit damage. It is however made of plastic and is still quite durable. So short of scratching it, it should be fine. Battery is easy to change, use a credit card to pop off the back. It is a power hog tho, as all early electronics it goes thru batteries faster than modern gear. Thanks for your interest.

the headline says mint - do you have one that is in Mint condition in addition to the one in the photos? the one in the photos appears to have wear and scratches.

I don't know what you are talking about. I tell you what. You find me one for sale in what you call mint condition and we will compare ok? Oh right you can't because no one has them. Now if you are done concern trolling the "classified ad" section of the forum to alleviate your boredom...

if it caused confusion, I apologize - in any grading of items Mint means: Absolutely perfect in every way, possibly even still sealed. Should be used sparingly as a grade, if at all.

You called it Mint - not me. If the one you are selling is not Mint - then I would suggest changing the grade to match the item's actual condition so as not to be confusing to those that understand what grading terms mean. Because based on your heading and based on the photos, I was curious if you were selling more than one - that is all.

note: I am not trolling, I am looking for stuff to buy and still very interested in the watch - even though it is not mint.

edit - removing the part about offers/ I see you have a price listed. I missed that.

Sorry for my tone, most people who make such comments have zero interest in trading and are simply here to entertain themselves. PM me a reasonable offer and we will discuss it. Thanks!

understood - and if my tone was off to you, please understand that many people list stuff with improper grades so I tend to ask questions to seek clarifications.

your price is .053144 - that is right around $200 USD - correct? and willing to use escrow?
