We have strived to create a user-based platform for investors & an alternative for ICO projects to reach investors What makes us different: We do not offer ICO ratings, We believe the paid rating systems applied to other ICO websites provide a fake assurance for investors and have misused the ICO economy,, to put it lightly. ICL has been created to filter ICOs based on their technical details. As investors, we must do our own research and we have built ICL to provide the tools needed to get a good start.
