These are offices not apartments and yes there are multiple units, some are already let (hence the investment opportunity, buy unit receive rent), others are vacant for moving in. If you really want to sell some do the life of people easier as much as you can. ;) Idk though how easy is to buy such a property if you aren't a UK citizen. I mean for investment purposes. Plenty of Chinese were buying UK property before China started introducing price controls. |
