I understand your point of view but we have nothing to do about the pumping and dumping of the price of bitcoin because volatility is bitcoin's nature.  All other altcoin price is based on bitcoin price that is the reason why when bitcoin price drop, altcoin price follows.   Nobody can predict if the dropping of crypto price will continue or it will already recover.  But the good thing about this is bitcoin will surely recover and the bitcoin red days is just temporary.  The red days seems hell to other investors who loss their investment but for some, it is heaven because they have the opportunity to add more bitcoins to their portfolio.

I completely disagree with your statements. According to me, pumps are dumps are blessing in disguise for the people that know how to use the market for their own benefits. Many people that hold good knowledge in this field earn significant profit by investing during dumps when the prices are low and selling during pumps when the prices are high. And not all altcoin prices are connected to bitcoin.

There are coins in the market that show growth even when bitcoin in dumping. Cryptos are indeed imploding, but I don’t think there is anything worse to come. The market will surely recover and become bullish before end of 2018.

Sorry to say but I am not agree with you. Without having pumps and dumps no one can achieve anything. Cryptocurrency is like that too. So for our better investment pumps and dumps are needed.

we will not know how long the coin price will stay down like this. with this falling price makes many investors frustrated and it makes a lot of people panic so they do panic sell who it will make the price is getting down. which can be done now is to hold the coins that we have until the price of the coin is stable.  we should be able to manage our assets well by not selling them cheaply.

It's been like this since the beginning, no need to worry about it. The altcoins are very connected to BTC because in a bear market a lot of people are protecting they BTC holdings by selling altcoins and re-investing in BTC.

Usually they buy them back after a while, at better prices of course :)

Yes, pumps and dumps has been around for quite some time now. It's kind of sad that a lot of people are hyping so much that newbies tend to get hyped and buy those scam coins. It's also kind of sad that the price of all altcoins are all connected to Bitcoin in terms of dollars which if Bitcoin falls, all altcoin falls too. I doubt that this kind of thing will stop though as the volatility of this market is high and that the price of coin cannot be stabilized as whales tend to hoard so much.

Amazing. You should just calm down yourself mate! The market is not hell but it is just so new and volatile to sensitive stuff around the market. This market is more or less unregulated and works on the basis of public ledger and wilful developments of people. You can not expect much from it unless and until you wont contribute something to it. Crypto currencies have pumps and dumps because bunch of people believe in artificial profit making and they try to manipulate everything here. You can not just scare yourself with such small issue. If you are here then you have to wait for the right momento very partially and live the success.

Bitcoin and the alts seems to be range bound for quite some time so if you are looking to day trade then you can pick out the movements along the line and stil lmake some money. This is evident in new altcoins that comes into market when a successful ICO with a good project outline, roadmap and whitepaper does not even stay in the market within a year since the circulation of it stops in the market. I mean, each and every project that was launched/funded in the beginning of this year was able to get millions....what did they actually do in over 8 months? Blame everything on bitcoin and the bearish sentiment. But what did they actually achieve with those million? Many not much, besides a rebrand, maybe an alpha version...and millions were spend. I worked in dev projects for a long time...if you have millions to spend, you can get to it real fast...it's all part of the game, but it isn't working out as planned. Only a hand full of projects seem to be able to keep focus on what is actually important....getting a working product, getting their vision a reality. Others should stop blaming bearish market for their lack of dedication. Just work you ass off :).
