I don't understand what you said here. Your crypto needs to have a value, if that is what you are asking, so that those mined coins are worth something. Sorry, I still don't understand what you are referring to. Are you asking if currency should exist before it is being traded? It depends, some people do ICOs and sell their coins before they exist, as a promise. I don't consider this fair and I wouldn't suggest it.
