I am not sure actually. I have also found this one closed. However, it would be better to contact with the support team.

i've not discovered it to be bad previously, but lately a lot of exchanges were bogged down. HitBTC became not spared. What's desirable approximately is that they may be still one of the few predominant centralized exchanges where you may withdraw quite a piece without presenting additional information about yourself. what's much less proper is that they are centralized.

Please sir I have tried to comprehend the issue you raised to no avail, however I would deduce that you are complaining about a withdrawal in HitBTC that was not processed,I think it better to contact support to know what is the real problem.

Actually the problem that you have said can be due to technical problem or some other problems. It will be better if you ask or report such problem to the website of the hitbtc or you can send email regarding such issue to them. So don’t be panic. Try to find out the reason.

I've just recently withdraw some funds from hitbtc and there has been no problem whatsoever. Make sure to confirm the widthrawal confirmation on your email.
The only thing I encounter on hitbtc is that it's sometimes hard to login and sometimes it asks me twice to input authentication code to access my account.

It is probably a technical problem or withdrawals might be stopped due to security update etc. I don't think that will last for a long time, in a few days it will be open.

I think the support team gave an announcement earlier, as regards some withdraways that will not be executed. There might be some upgrade in progress or some technical issues that need urgent attention.

Maybe you'll find one of the reason why below (click the quote if you want to view the whole blog):

Wallet maintenance
In case you see that withdrawals of some currency are offline in most cases it means that the wallet is being updated.

Wallet is a complicated software product delivered by the authors of each currency. We check the software regularly so that to maintain the highest security level. We are trying our best to implement the updates the soonest possible, so please allow some time for us to finish the job. Once you see that the status in System Health (https://hitbtc.com/system-health) changed to green, you are free to try to withdraw your funds once again.

Whitelist
If you are using whitelist for your withdrawal addresses, you may potentially face this problem because of two cases:
1. Someone added a new address to your whitelist. When it happens, your withdrawals get disabled for 48 hours. If it weren’t you, please contact us.
2. Someone disabled your whitelist. When it happens, your withdrawals get disabled for 48 hours. If it weren’t you, please contact us.
3. You are trying to withdraw your funds to a non-whitelisted address.

If not, then you should contact the support for help https://support.hitbtc.com/ .

It's always like that in HitBTC most of the altcoins. It's irritating. I suggest you to stay away from that cheap support exchange. Look for a better exchange like IDEX and Binance as well as Huobi. There's always a compromise in HitBTC withdrawal.

And the worst part of that, most of the altcoins need 2weeks or more to resume withdrawal function.

I have also done an email confirmation that appears information like this currency operation is not available and in the history of the transaction there is no log of withdrawals

Which currency are you trying to withdraw? In my experience HitBtc had been one of the quickest and safe site to make transactions on.
Most probably your currencies wallet is under maintenance or the blockchain is under some upgrade.
