Btw, I think a difficulty retarget of 4 hours is way to much. It'll be 4 hours of mining on lowest difficulty which will result in chaos and ALOT of orphans. Reducing the rewards every 3 days by 1% is interesting. I'm sure it will have an effect on the price CRA at exchanges. If the rewards will be less and less in such a short period could increase the cost of CRA in the same short period.
