I can say it was positive for bitcoin with this kinda situation it always negative, but the things that you need to do is believe is we need to past this challenge, we need to be patience as a bitcoiners. The low prices doesn't mean you need to be surrender.

Now $6,000 is the all time high price for Bitcoin ;D  It will got to $2,000 but it will not go to $6,500

no, no and no! Bitcoin price is not falling, it just goes down like EVERY single past years. You can check every year since 2013.. go on tradingview and look at the graph.. it is absolutely normal this volatility for bitcoin.. we can even lose more and still be in the safe zone, so.. don't worry so much and don't sell in loss ;)

In 2013 -2014 Bitcoin fell from $1,000 to $200. That is total crash. Get out now. Bitcoin will be $20,000 in 2025 (if it goes there)

Gold and Silver will give more or same profits till 2025 (slow and steadily)

I see a lot of losses, now the greatest fear in all this is whether or not the price actually increases. we are only making assumptions that the price may rise in the future, but this may never happen

Do not worry friend it just a normal volatility that is driving the market of ups and down. It is a matter of time when the price increase will happen soon and all the loses if it has hit your portfolio if you own any will be recovered soon. Just some profit booking might be happening due to which it has fallen.

The discount of bitcoin in time is all extraordinarily normal. The market is going to have a rise and there will be a fall. end of 2017 bitcoin price is at 20k $ and today bitcoin is 6k $ few months later bitcoin can be up to 10k4 or 20k $.

I think that Bitcoin's cost remains manipulative, so if someone from big holders needs a hike uphill, he will do it. The top of this mountain is somewhere around $ 10000 and this is the mountain of Mauna Kea (10203 meters). ;)

Now $6000 looks like the new all time high price for Bitcoin

$6000 is not very low, I have a friend said it is unbelieveable when bitcoin first hit $1000 :D The problem is that people don't hold bitcoin and always trade and lose it in such falling market.

Significant reduction? The price is still strong when you think that it started at around $700 back in January 2017. But yeah from $20K to $6K is not good because we have lost a lot of money. However, the market can't go on a parabolic rise that's why we experienced this so called crashed.


Well there's a lot of people saying that bitcoin will continue its downtrend. But then again, one positive side is that we can purchase them at a discount and just HODL on it. So once it bounce back, we can sell them making us a lot of money in the future.

Bitcoin price continuously falling down. But I believe that the price of bitcoin will be raised. It will be stable. In 2013 the price of bitcoin was 200-1000$ and one time it reached almost 20000$. Now the price of bitcoin is decreasing but it is rising soon.

On the one hand, the decline in bitcoin prices is bad, it makes you worry about investors who invested their money in it. But on the other hand it is a good chance for new investors to buy crypto currency.

The fluctuation in Bitcoin value is neither positive nor negative, in the grand scheme of things, whether Bitcoin is $1,000 or $100,000 doesn't really matter, what truly matters is the trade volume. So long as the trade volume stays at least stable, and doesn't decrease significantly (which it already has) then we know that Bitcoin is doing fine, if you manage to achieve the same trade volume, whilst the value of Bitcoin has dropped, then this means that more bitcoin units are being moved around, hence the absolute number of transactions may be increasing (or perhaps just size of each transaction).

We really need to focus on increasing the TPS of the Bitcoin network, and promoting the uptake of blockchain technology by companies that could benefit from it. Until we see a genuine need to see an improvement in value, we won't see a big pump.

For me, it's good thing because you can buy bitcoin very cheap.
It's natural for any market that in some periods prices going up and sometimes going down.
You should check btc history and you will understand that the same thing happened already a few times in the past.

I think the BTC price volatility is a result of many different aspects, but the main one is speculation from big players. And it is both good and bad. Good because we can gain our profit by predicting price movement. Bad because there is a high risk to lose our investment.
But any case the market is still young and we shouldn't expect any other behavior. Patience is a key.

i think it is already too lake bitcoin price i do not think that it is going to fell down anymore, i think that now the time is that bitcoin price will once again staring increasing and therefore i think that we should no waste anytime and should get benefit from the current lower price. Looking at the price of bitcoin in recent times, it can be said that the value of bitcoin has actually depreciated as compared to the value it was before, due to some certain circumstances and factors. Significant reduction or drop in value is something that is normal in any market and that is what is called a downtrend from a huge correction which was imminent for bitcoin anyway as this helps to see the real value based on demand and not just some speculated price driven up by FOMO which occurred throughout last year.

my view of this decline came as the popes kept pressing prices to fall further. it is done so that they can buy bitcoin with a very large scale, the positive side of this decline, we as investors (new) can follow it and buy at a cheap price. but, bitcoin prices have now increased slightly in the last few hours.

This downtrend is normally happens in the market but feom the year starting ther is no significant increase in the bitcoin price. The price goes down only after july the people expect the price to increase. Last year also the same thing happened in the bitcoin market.  I can see the negative aspect of this, then the new investors who would came on the market, they would immediately see the sitcom is very unstable and falling, so they can consider this as non trustworthy investment source.

All the cryptocurrencies are not decentralized and some centralized cryptocurrencies also available and this price fluctuation is not a normal incident because some whales and governments are involve in this situation and USDT is not volatile in anytime because it is completely standard cryptocurrency.

I'm more convinced this is a manipulation done by a group of people, even though the government is a big influence, but the manipulation by bitcoin owners is the most regrettable thing. Yes, in recent times the price of BTC is falling. Now it is $6000 and it can fall but not below $5000. But it is the time to invest more in the market rather doing panic because the market can jump up any time and the total market will recover within the end of this year.

Yes world cup may have some bad effect on bitcoin price, because people are still busy in football world cup, but i think that most of the people do not care for the world cup, they consider bitcoin as their business and therefore they continue trading bitcoin and other crypto currencies, i hope that after football world we will see a good increase in bitcoin price.

Its not something new. There was a time when bitcoin reached 1200 or so and than dropped to 200-300 levels and stayed there for years until it rallied to its 20k all time high. I mean yeah there are more people involved with bitcoin now than back than so I suppose the rise can be quicker but falls are quicker and stable too.

We should not focus on how much it fell during this run but we should focus on how many people are into crypto now. Bitcoin is constantly being adopted by merchants and incorporated in so many ways on business level. LN main-net adoption keeps increasing. More capital is entering through OTC trades. How much more good news do you need in order to realize that good news is no price driver?

Bitcoin's weakest point is its thin and easy to manipulate exchange market. OTC trading volume makes the volumes exchanges are pushing look like a joke, but yet the exchanges are the most important factor when it comes to deciding what the exchange rate is. If the money entering through OTC markets was pumped directly in Bitcoin through exchanges, we would be well over $50,000 right now, and maybe that figure is even conservative.

The trust in exchanges gets lower and lower, ridiculous KYC/AML policies, there has never been any serious level liquidity, etc; these are the main reasons why the OTC market has exploded. Even miners aren't selling their coins on exchanges anymore. Most of it gets sold privately.

The market price of the Bitcoin this year was on the lowest state few days ago of about 5.8k dollar but right after that drop the Bitcoin improved a little and improved to 6.2k dollar. Today morning when I checked the market value it was 6k dollar but now after 15 hours the price improved to 6.1k dollar. When the demand rate increases then the price of Bitcoin will also increase in these situations.

THose drops in bitcoin price are quite normal. There is nothing to worry about. Currently, bitcoin recovered from those drops and it’s on it way as many expect. It’s supposed to surpass 10.000$ before the end of 2018 and i’m pretty optimist about this number that doesn’t look hard to achieve.

Like many other currencies that Bitcoin’s value is also in its low market and like many other coins its demand rate has reduced. Every year we can this situation this is not new to market. If the prices are falling means it is very good, because we can buy more bitcoin at low price. If it goes low means there will be more chance for high pump in future. For past two days the price starts to increase but again it goes to decrease. At the end of july or august the market will recover all are expect this only. But sure bitcoin will not cheat its users, surely the pump will happen in near future.

These depends on the type of investors you are,  if you are a trader i think they bearish market is good for you as you can buy some coins at cheap price and take some little profits when price go up.  If you are a long-term investor you can also buy now but you have to hold it for long time for you to makes reasonable profits.

There is a fud right now that is spreading in the other countries and people are tend to sell their coins at the tough times like this, most of them cannot control their temper which makes them to lose more investments.

The market are not in good position because of so many reasons. Yes whales, fuds affecting the falling of the price however    when market falling it is good attack to have or buy some btc.

Prices are falling as we know that buying process decreases the price when it decreases itself so it is making a direct relation which means that we should invest in low market to get Bitcoins on low price which in future will result in profit. All this will happen when we invest more and the price starts to increase more and more, in order to maintain its movement selling should not take place.

I think the price of bitcoin will drop more in the near future because of three big reasons. One is manipulating the price form big investors, second is low demand from the people and third is losing faith in bitcoin. People are withdrawing their money or converting to Altcoin. That’s why I think that the price will fall more in the future, but it is not sure.

Yes it is normal price is volatile even it is falling it could rising again. These days price of bitcoin is slowly increasing so their is hope for many users this time can goes up. Exactly no one can predict but I am positive we will see a rise again.
